FOOD DIARY 🍎🍯😍 I was running errands today but still found time to have all of my planned meals and here you see my full day of eating 🍚🍗😁 It is again my weekend food. What I had: 🍒 Breakfast: protein oatmeal bowl topped with raspberries, strawberries, banana and peanut butter, 🍒 Snack 1: cottage cheese with strawberries and peanuts, 🍒 Lunch outside: white rice, grilled tuna and roasted green beans, 🍒 Snack 2: Complete Cookie Chocolate (one serving). 🍒 Post-workout: whey protein (not pictured), 🍒 Post-workout meal: basmati rice, grilled beef, tomatoes, avocado and green olives, 🍒 Dinner: whole wheat bread with white cheese, bresaola beef, spinach, avocado and tomatoes.

My full day of meals was 2'010 calories all together. I did my Legs workout today followed by 30 minutes cardio and I burned 787 calories, so the balance at the end of the day is pretty good 🤗 . .

Both of the above meals are clean and nutritional but the one on the top looks bigger and actually is lighter. How to do this? Change half (here 40g) of the whole wheat pasta for 200g of zucchini noodles 💁🏼😁 Zucchini boosts nutrient value of this lunch box, reduces your meal calories and the dish tastes even more delicious. I could still go only for zoodles and I would save another 100 calories but I believe a well balanced meal should include carbs. Additionally both meals include the same amount of shrimp (protein source) and home-made pesto (healthy fats source). As I already said before, both boxes are healthy and depending on your goals you can still choose the one with the double amount of whole grain pasta (if your aim is to gain) 💪🏼😍 But remember you always have a choice and less calories doesn't necessarily mean less quantity and taste 🤗
