You can get a workout almost anywhere!! You don't always need a gym or fancy equipment !

Take a set of stairs for example!  Just by choosing to use them everyday instead of a lift,  either in the workplace or when you are out and about,  can make a significant difference to your long term health as you improve  cardiovascular fitness and build power and strength in your lower body!👍

You can also add stairs into your fitness routine.  There are so many options such as walking up and jogging down or jogging up and jogging down. While I was away on holiday I snuck in a this workout using the stairs up to our hotel room.

So why not use the stairs to get yourself a mini workout or maybe just start choosing to take the stairs from now on and not the lift!!!!! 😁

Another progression. Not quite straight and can only hold it for a second or two, but it's taken me nearly a year to get just here 😓

The lesson I've learnt from the human flag is, much like many things in life, there is a lot of advice out there on how to do it. But as this advice is meant for mass consumption, it is very generic. Follow it blindly and you'll end up nowhere. 
As with everything in calisthenics (and life), know your weaknesses, and adapt and incorporate the relevant information, because what might work for one person won't necessarily work for another. 
When it came to the human flag, my mistake was focusing on building core strength alone, but tangible progress finally came after watching a @schoolofcalisthenics video, which helped me to realise the move was actually dependant on the upper body. 
Look inwards. Only by knowing and accepting our weaknesses can we truly progress. .

They help in protecting your vital organs, regulating hormone production, helping regulate your body temperature, allowing for proper absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, providing your brain with fuel, and many more. Fat is high in calories and 20-35% of your total daily calories should come from fat.
The calorie content of each macro is as follows:
