I sometimes become so annoyed that my progression isn’t faster...until I look at my photos and then I am blown away 😃
The biggest shocker here...I had already been lifting for 5 years in the picture on the left. Da HELL
But I was doing it all wrong
1️⃣I was Continually under-eating
2️⃣I was training way more than I needed too
3️⃣Would become super depressed and drink/party to numb myself
4️⃣Did not truly love myself
5️⃣Was trying to achieve my dream results but using free general cookie cutter programs
I competed off an on to distract myself and used it as false motivation, 🏆 thinking it would make me feel better about myself. As a result I never truly learned how to balance my lifestyle with my goals!
It took me about 3 solid years of wins and losses. Learning from my mistakes and learning what worked for MY BODY. 💡
Finally I reached out for help, began to work with an amazing coach and began to get my life under control again 🙌🏻. I was able to develop a training and nutrition regimen that worked for my schedule and needs! I solely focused on sustainability
If you stay focused on your goals and truly always work towards them, you can build a lifestyle to works for you and your goals 📝

I’ve been working as a personal trainer for over 12 years, in this time I have ran my own gym, published a book, worked on dozens of films and helped thousands of people get in shape. The industry has changed a lot in recent years, in some ways for the better but in a lot of ways for the worse. For me Fitness has always been a passion first and a business second. 👋👋¡Holaaaa!👋👋 Como les mencioné en mi post anterior ahora les dejo para el día de hoy la receta de estas exquisitas 🍋🍋GALLETITAS HEALTHY DE LIMÓN🍋🍋 ¡Intenten hacerlas!
Les juro que no se van arrepentir 😉.
🍋200grs. de harina de arroz
🍋50grs. de harina integral (para una versión sin TACC reemplazar por más harina de arroz)
🍋1cda. de esencia de vainilla
🍋2cdas. de aceite vegetal
🍋1cdita. de polvo para hornear
🍋2cdas. de leche descremada
🍋Jugo y ralladura de un limón
🍋6 sobrecitos de Stevia o endulzante al gusto
PASO A PASO:
☆ Mezclar las harinas junto con el endulzante y el polvo para hornear.
☆ Añadir la esencia de vainilla, el aceite, el jugo y la ralladura del limón.
☆ Agregar el huevo, mezclar bien hasta formar una masa e integrar bien todo.
☆ Luego añadir la leche y amasar bien todo. Formar las galletitas, ponerlas en una bandeja y hornear a temperatura media durante 8-10 minutos... Salen 12 galletitas aproximadamente ¡Espero que les gusten! 😊
