Three weeks ago, I was hating my body. I felt gross, my clothes weren’t fitting right, and I just felt over all, not good. I was tired, my skin was breaking out, my hair was super oily, the list could go on.
Fast forward to just 3 weeks of workouts and (mostly) eating clean, there is a world of difference. What you see is the external and physical transformation. What I see is a girl who is faking a smile, trying not to be embarrassed with how far I let myself go.
Today, I’m proud of my progress. I’m not checking the scale constantly, hoping to see it go down. I’m not praying that my jeans fit. I’m not conscious about having fat hang over my jeans when I sit down. I’m happy. My face is clearing up. I’m way less bloated. I’m motivated to continue taking care of my body. For me; it’s way more than what the outside shows. It’s a transformation of self body shame to self love.
Today is an off day for me, BUT it won’t be an off day with my nutrition🥦🥒🥑🍅!! I already know everything I’m eating for the day so there’s no chance for a cheat!! .
👉🏻Breakfast - shake loaded with fat, fiber, protein & greens to hold me over for at least 4 hours.
👉🏻Lunch - Mixed green salad loaded with veggies, avocado, protein🥗.
👉🏻If I need a snack 🤷🏻♀️ bulletproof bar or beachbar .
👉🏻Dinner - steamed veggies with either a turkey burger (no bun) or chicken sausage🥦 .
And of course I’ll be moving my body with either a walk or hot yoga. Maybe both.🧘🏻♀️

I LOVE my bed. I wake up early because I’m so busy working camps that I -HAVE- to so I can finish everything I need to get done. But honestly, if I could sleep until noon everyday and still get shit done I absolutely would!! That’s why I will literally do anything to stay in bed just a *few* more minutes.
I mean... pick my clothes the night before. Make my eyeliner last another day 🙈 Drink my superfood shake so i don’t have to take time for a “real” breakfast. Set my alarm for 6:27 (like am I crazy? but i swear 30 is too late and 25 is too early 🤪😂🤷♀️)
I made a commitment to show up every single day. So what am I gunna do? Show up. Every. Single. Dang. Day.⠀
Whether you commit or not, days will pass with or without you. Why not go along with it and better yourself as time goes on?

Their struggles are my struggles. Their success helps my success. Their commitment motivates me. We’re in this together. There is no “I” in team.⠀
PS.. my grandparents got this shirt and the hangry sign on my shelf for me. I think they see a trend in me 😅 good thing this program lets me eat all dang day!⠀

Three weeks ago, I was bloated, my clothes didn’t fit right, I was tired, my face was breaking out, and I just thought it was all because I was staying up late. Today, I begin week three of my program. Clothes that didn’t fit back in May are loose on me, my jeans are getting baggy, my face is thinning down and clearing up, and I have more energy to do things. It’s amazing what happens when you take care of yourself.

Y’all, I’m falling in love with the program I’m doing. It’s not about the scale. It’s not about looking good. It’s ultimately about being healthy and taking care of by body, but with that comes amazing benefits.
What’re you waiting for?! Are you tired of being tired? Waiting for the “perfect” time? Waiting until Monday? Lets be real. There is no perfect time other than NOW. Start focusing on you. Because when you focus on yourself first, you’re able love and give to others more.

This post is NOT easy to share. I struggled with sharing it. However, if this can inspire just one person who can benefit from it, then it is worth it. YES, this is my weekly pay. My husband and I have worked SO hard to build this business, especially as he is fighting (and WINNING) brain cancer. Truthfully, I never thought that this would be possible. When I first signed up to coach, initially for the discount only, I couldn’t even imagine the potential financial benefits…I was concentrating on getting healthy and starting my own health journey. I didn’t think about the financial aspect of this opportunity, I was simply working on bettering myself.
SO, as nervous and uncomfortable as I am to share this, I knew that I HAD to. WHY? .
Because people who could benefit from this are skeptical (like I once was), because they don’t understand it. They assume it’s NOT possible to build a big business, or that in order to be successful you have to be “at the top” (a very common misconception) or that you have to start with a transformation story (I transformed AFTER becoming a Coach just enrolling for discounts initially), or that you need to have a bunch of followers (I wasn’t active on social media but I built it) or that you need to be a personal trainer (this is about accountability support for others, not personal training). .
It’s not a business for everyone, but so many are missing out due to limiting beliefs or misconceptions. Until I stop hearing about amazing talented people working too many hours, seeing their places of employment more than their spouses & kids, praying they can pay their mortgage, etc, I’m going to keep making it known there’s hope and choices.
