Three weeks ago, I was hating my body. I felt gross, my clothes weren’t fitting right, and I just felt over all, not good. I was tired, my skin was breaking out, my hair was super oily, the list could go on.

Fast forward to just 3 weeks of workouts and (mostly) eating clean, there is a world of difference. What you see is the external and physical transformation. What I see is a girl who is faking a smile, trying not to be embarrassed with how far I let myself go.

Today, I’m proud of my progress. I’m not checking the scale constantly, hoping to see it go down. I’m not praying that my jeans fit. I’m not conscious about having fat hang over my jeans when I sit down. I’m happy. My face is clearing up. I’m way less bloated. I’m motivated to continue taking care of my body. For me; it’s way more than what the outside shows. It’s a transformation of self body shame to self love.

👉🏻Breakfast - shake loaded with fat, fiber, protein & greens to hold me over for at least 4 hours.

👉🏻Lunch - Mixed green salad loaded with veggies, avocado, protein🥗.

👉🏻If I need a snack 🤷🏻‍♀️ bulletproof bar or beachbar .
👉🏻Dinner - steamed veggies with either a turkey burger (no bun) or chicken sausage🥦 .
And of course I’ll be moving my body with either a walk or hot yoga.  Maybe both.🧘🏻‍♀️

I LOVE my bed. I wake up early because I’m so busy working camps that I -HAVE- to so I can finish everything I need to get done. But honestly, if I could sleep until noon everyday and still get shit done I absolutely would!! That’s why I will literally do anything to stay in bed just a *few* more minutes.

I mean... pick my clothes the night before. Make my eyeliner last another day 🙈 Drink my superfood shake so i don’t have to take time for a “real” breakfast. Set my alarm for 6:27 (like am I crazy? but i swear 30 is too late and 25 is too early 🤪😂🤷‍♀️)

3 Miles. Mixing in some exercises every mile! (( I use map my run to tell me when I hit a mile )) then I do ⚡️16 REPS⚡️ of each: 
Step Ups 
Box Jumps
Jump Squat
Dips
Incline Push Up
Bulgarian Split Squat
Calf Raise - Run another mile & REPEAT.
P.s. I fell like the grape lady twice today trying to do step ups, body feeling a little heavy from my lazy weekend.

New exercise that I recently saw and am really digging. The biggest problem people have with overhead pressing is they don't utilize their glutes. This is a great way to turn the glutes on by using a 1/2 Kneeling position so that the down leg's Glute is firing like crazy. This will translate to more Glute activation with the standing overhead press. I recommend using this variation with higher reps and lighter weight to start with.

Definitely a different  variation from my typical lat exercise but a great pull on those lats. I suggest starting off with light weight to get a feel for the position and better control on the squeeze. .

FACT: Always measure your weight loss by trying on old clothes clothes that you don’t fit into anymore. Maybe a pair of old jeans or a sexy tight dress. Believe me you will see your results faster by doing that rather than stepping on a scale.

I swear these things have caused people I know depression 😅🙈. They become so addicted to checking their weight multiple times a day and get frustrated when they don’t see a change in numbers. 
I honestly advise everyone to check their weight on the scale once a month and try doing what i just mentioned. You can track your progress by taking measurements. You could also take a daily picture of yourself wearing the same thing and posing the same way.

This post is NOT easy to share. I struggled with sharing it. However, if this can inspire just one person who can benefit from it, then it is worth it. YES, this is my weekly pay. My husband and I have worked SO hard to build this business, especially as he is fighting (and WINNING) brain cancer. Truthfully, I never thought that this would be possible. When I first signed up to coach, initially for the discount only, I couldn’t even imagine the potential financial benefits…I was concentrating on getting healthy and starting my own health journey.  I didn’t think about the financial aspect of this opportunity, I was simply working on bettering myself.

SO, as nervous and uncomfortable as I am to share this, I knew that I HAD to.  WHY? .
Because people who could benefit from this are skeptical (like I once was), because they don’t understand it. They assume it’s NOT possible to build a big business, or that in order to be successful you have to be “at the top” (a very common misconception) or that you have to start with a transformation story (I transformed AFTER becoming a Coach just enrolling for discounts initially), or that you need to have a bunch of followers (I wasn’t active on social media but I built it) or that you need to be a personal trainer (this is about accountability support for others, not personal training). .
It’s not a business for everyone, but so many are missing out due to limiting beliefs or misconceptions. Until I stop hearing about amazing talented people working too many hours, seeing their places of employment more than their spouses & kids, praying they can pay their mortgage, etc, I’m going to keep making it known there’s hope and choices. This post is NOT easy to share. I struggled with sharing it. However, if this can inspire just one person who can benefit from it, then it is worth it. YES, this is my weekly pay. My husband and I have worked SO hard to build this business, especially as he is fighting (and WINNING) brain cancer. Truthfully, I never thought that this would be possible. When I first signed up to coach, initially for the discount only, I couldn’t even imagine the potential financial benefits…I was concentrating on getting healthy and starting my own health journey.  I didn’t think about the financial aspect of this opportunity, I was simply working on bettering myself. . SO, as nervous and uncomfortable as I am to share this, I knew that I HAD to.  WHY? . Because people who could benefit from this are skeptical (like I once was), because they don’t understand it. They assume it’s NOT possible to build a big business, or that in order to be successful you have to be “at the top” (a very common misconception) or that you have to start with a transformation story (I transformed AFTER becoming a Coach just enrolling for discounts initially), or that you need to have a bunch of followers (I wasn’t active on social media but I built it) or that you need to be a personal trainer (this is about accountability support for others, not personal training). . It’s not a business for everyone, but so many are missing out due to limiting beliefs or misconceptions. Until I stop hearing about amazing talented people working too many hours, seeing their places of employment more than their spouses & kids, praying they can pay their mortgage, etc, I’m going to keep making it known there’s hope and choices. Meinen Sport habe ich dann am Nachmittag absolviert - nach dem Verwöhnprogramm gestern und heute, was das Kulinarische angeht, sowie der Hockerei im Auto war es mir einfach ein dringendes Bedürfnis, mich noch zu bewegen und etwas zu tun. 💪🏼

Heute habe ich mir ein „Linda-Video“ ausgesucht  und stolz kann ich verkünden, dass ich mittlerweile bei fast allen Übungen von Anfang bis Ende durchhalte. 💪🏼 Liegestütze bilden nach wie vor eine Ausnahme - aber ich arbeite daran und es wird immer besser.

🤳The best way  for me to do cardio is doing an outdoor Hiit workout cardio, usually in Sunday mornings. So before each workout even a cardio one; one should warm up really good to prevent injuries, to get the blood flow, and to prepare the body psychologically by letting it know that there is an effort coming. I usually do a 20min warm-up and then I go for 8 rounds (30sec fast run, 1min walking and 30seconds breathing and preparing myself to the next round). 🔐The goal is to do the work and also absorb O2 as much as I can so i can start a week with a healthy "air" lol .. I can't stand long distance running (psychologically)instead, Hiit cardio makes me feel great.😌💪💃
