By simply tracking your workouts, whether through your phone, an app or simply and pen and notepad it can massively affect how you view your own progress. -
Simple achievements make a huge impact when they are visual and you have earned them. -
This is an empowering tool when trying to achieve.
The days can get so busy being a mum, taking them to school, you work and then after school clubs.
Then as you know the day doesn’t end just because you walk through the door.
Cooking dinner, washing clothes getting the housework done and homework- it all starts again.
Being a mum is the most rewarding job yet at times I found it the most overwhelming.
I remember when my son was little there would be days I would just cry and other days be so proud of him and it all became worthwhile.
I wish I knew back then when my son was smaller how beneficial exercise would’ve been for me.
As a mum we don't always have control over our kids moods, but what we do have control over is changing our mood and energy we bring.
Try to put at least 20 minutes a day aside to make yourself feel better through exercise is one of the best tips I can give you.
I know it’s the last thing you fancy making time for when you are feeling tired and stressed out - but by getting up and just doing it, I promise you will feel so much better

At times we don't know why are we gaining weight ?
For no reason we put on weight inspite of eating well. But that eating well according to you would be healthy but not according to your body requirement.
There would be sub-clinical condition or the eating pattern which is making things worst.
Few blood test can help diagnose the clinical condition but what about the eating time, eating pattern, portion size, frequency?
If you see a sudden weight change even when other things are constant make sure you visit a doctor and get some blood test done and also get the diet rectified.

El otro día me preguntaron si tenía una vida “normal” por la operación de #escoliosis . No puedo doblar la espalda - respondí.
Después de aquella pregunta me quede pensando en las cosas que he perdido por la operación en vez de enfocarme en lo positivo. Mis costillas ya no van a perforar mi pulmón, no me va a costar respirar. Sobre todo ahora soy consciente de mi cuerpo, de los músculos que tengo. Agradezco a mi cuerpo por permitirme hacer tantas cosas. Sí, ya no puedo hacer jujitzu, no puedo hacer ciertos ejercicios de pilates exactos pero siempre hay variaciones. Pero sobre todo soy feliz de poder divertirme siempre en el ejercicio que sea que esté haciendo. Si algo aprendí con la operación es a no tomarme tan enserio la vida.
