I’m learning that eating healthy doesn’t mean boring. I would hate going on a diet- eating baked chicken and asparagus every night. I couldn’t wait for a cheat meal. Now, I eat anything I want! I watch my carbs and I cook delicious food almost every night 🍅

Getting a video up early on in the week for you guys. Happy Monday! In my opinion, making your Monday great is key to having a good week. Even if you can’t get to the gym, do some stretching and plan your week ahead, it helps set the mood. Fortunately, I pushed myself to get to the gym and this is what I did. 🔴 Bench Press ➖ The key to benching is to not slap on a bunch of weight, but to start at the lowest and with every set, work your weight up. Don’t compare yourself to others, but your own personal strength. I aim for 4 sets and up my weight each time for as many as I can do with a max of 10.
🔴 Dumbbell Press ➖ Same technique but with dumbbells. You also angle yourself at a different position. I use the same method where I up my weight each set. 🔴 Chest Cable Fly ➖ Make sure not to put too much weight for this one. Also, make sure the cables are set high enough above you, but also altered to your height. Focus on squeezing the chest as your bring the cables across.
🔴 Push Ups ➖ After a whole chest workout, it’s hard to finish with push ups. I KNOW, but you have to finish strong. I do a modified push up because of how weak my muscles feel by the end. The weights aren’t necessary, they just tend to help my grip personally.

Bulgarian squats are a great exercise to help build single-leg strength and build any size imbalances that may exist. Knowing that many may have back pain , this can be an alternative to squat. One thing about it is that you can do these ANYTHING and see results !
