NEW!! Our first launch of this class went so well that we are running another session! Here at Aradia we truly believe pole is for everyone, no matter your size, shape, fitness level. We know that each individual can progress at different levels which can sometimes be discouraging for those who progress a little slower. We wanted to introduce a class where we can accommodate the different progression levels.
This is class for those who embrace their curves, those who are okay with taking things a little slower. This class is not about being super strong & nailing the spin right away. It's more about believing in yourself and supporting likeminded students. We know you will get there and we will encourage you all the way!
Cost is $160 for the full 8 Weeks
Get energized while toning your body! Groove to the beat while strengthening your cardio endurance!
Sign up for a membership in any Omega Fitness branch near you and experience fitness that everyone deserves!
We can also customize your gym experience based on your fitness goals!

Unfortunately due to the weather my bootcamp for today has been cancelled. As of now it's not raining. However, I feel it could possibly happen at any moment and I want this to be a FUN experience not a WET one. Please keep a look out on upcoming events. I'm also available for one on one training throughout the week. If this is something you may be interested in then lets talk and come up with a plan that fits your fitness needs. I look forward to hearing from you. #PersonalTrainer757#Coach#NoMatterYourAge#NoMatterYourSize#NoMatterYourSkillLevel#FitnessForEveryone#JGeeFitness
Really happy that these kids get to experience CrossFit! 💙 our youngest member at the moment is 4 years old! Great that the older kids helped the younger kids today to set up their equipment and encouraged them through their class.
A little weakened motivation for everyone who thinks it can’t be done.........After completing the 6 Week Challenge and his first 6 weeks as a full time member of the NEWF family, CT is feeling better than ever and has dropped over 70 LBs on his journey to a NewFound You!! Way to show em CT Keep it up! #NEWF#crossfit#fitnessforeveryone#youcantoo#offbucks
Ugh let me just tell you that I am SO SICK of these franchise gyms and, basically, the larger fitness industry and their “Challenges” 😡
I’m sorry but the “Muffin Top Challenge” ?!? Seriously?!?! “Lose your muffin top in 28 days” 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Why? Why do we fall for this; get sucked in by the word “challenge”; want so badly to conform to a VERY narrow image of “fit”?? I know exactly the demographic this is aimed at - women; more specifically postnatal women. It’s another way to say “Get your pre-baby body back!” Mamas 🤱🏻🤱🏾🤱🏽🤱🏼🤱🏿 1. Your current body is never going to be your pre-baby body (AND THAT’S OK 😀) 2. Your current body is the body that grew, carried, and birthed a HUMAN (HONOR THAT!) 3. Is losing your “muffin top” YOUR top priority? Or the fitness industry’s? Or society’s? (🤔) I’m all for a woman reaching toward her own goal AND I know from spending years in the health and fitness industry, our goals are often shaped by the noise out there more so than our own desires.
Let’s stop listening to the noise and start figuring out what we actually want ❤️ #fitness#fitnessforeveryone#postnatalfitness#stopthefitnessmadness#bodypositive

Do you go to the gym to lift weights or to train? COMMENT BELOW!
If you go to a gym, you probably see the same faces over and over again with a few new ones here and there.
What you may have also noticed, is that those same faces are attached to the same bodies year round.
Seems obvious, right?
What I'm getting at here, is you may have noticed that some of those people go to the gym all year and stay looking pretty much EXACTLY the same. "Well at least they're doing something rather than nothing at all" some of you may say.
To that point, I would agree that activity is better than inactivity to a certain extent when it comes to improving your health.
The caveat is, if you continue to do the same thing over and over again without progression, your body will adapt to it that activity so that it becomes easier. "Easier" means less calories burned and less of a stimulus for muscular growth.
I've never met anyone who had "too much" muscle, "too much" strength, or "too little" fat.
The bottom line is this: There is always room for improvement. Anything you do, do it with the purpose of incremental improvement.
For the time, effort, and money you spend going to the gym, make it worth your investment.
Stated a little differently, don't confuse purposeless activity for purposeful action.
Make progress EVERY week!

FITNESS HACK FRIDAY!
Dont let lack of equipment be the reason that you don't workout, be resourceful, use what you have in a way that will work! I can guarantee that you will feel the effects of working out using this alternative method.
All you have to do is get two of the smallest pillows in your house, cover them in a plastic bag (this has two effects as you're making sure you don't ruin your pillow and it makes it more slippery to use!)
The exercise that we're carried out is
1️⃣ Side lunges
3️⃣Plank with arm extension
I performed each for 30 seconds and you can do it how many times you want!
Let me know how it goes and use my hashtag #LOSETRASHWITHASH
Rolling into Friday like 🏋🏻♀️💪🏻🏆#weekendvibes Actually it's harder than it looks like:) Lift your arms and legs and try to roll slowly and mindfully controlling your core muscles 💪🏻 then do some push-ups (start with 1) and roll over again:) Have fun and enjoy yourself 🤗❤️#beactive

Over and out
Weight fluctuations in the form of a gain used to send me into a tailspin. I can't say I am over feeling a bit bummed out when my weight is up but it is still such a different experience than when I was spending so much time punishing myself for my weight.
I had back surgery in July followed by 9 weeks of extremely restricted activity under doctor's orders. I didn't go overboard but I pretty much continued to eat like I always do and enjoyed my summer activities that involve food like camping and travel. I could tell by the way I felt and my clothes fit that I was up about half a size. When I was able to go back to my normal workouts I saw a few pounds come off but shortly after that ended up with a seriously angry hamstring and IT band. I'm in physical therapy and it so happens that my rear decided to continue the vacation and let the downstairs neighbors, the hammies, do all the work. No bueno. My activity plans are once again derailed for a short period of time.
Instead of panic, I'm looking at my options on how I can address this and still feel good about myself and life. I've decided to make a few adjustments to my diet (less calories in my morning coffee, upped my fruit and veg intake in place of some of the carb foods I have when I'm more active, slightly smaller portions as hunger allows) and spend time stretching and walking. Our weather is amazing this fall and walking outside is good for morale, my body, my dogs, and my mental health!
No quick fix, no crash diet, no over-exercising for punishment. It certainly isn't as sexy as some mad plan to lose weight quick but if those plans worked, the diet industry wouldn't keep coming up with new ones all the time.
