Fruit is good! All fruit has sugar.

We need some sugar, & one of the best places to get sugar from is fruit. Fruit contains lots of vitamins, antioxidants, & other minerals that are great for our bodies.

SUMO DEADLIFT FORM 🏋🏼‍♂️

The sumo deadlift is a great deadlift variation. It takes strain off of your lower back and emphasizes the use of the glutes and quads more. It is a great all around leg builder, but it can be a very technical lift.
•
Cues to improve your sumo deadlift: 
1. Do not squat the weight up, keep your hip-bar path angle around 60 degrees. 
2. Maintain a neutral spine by engaging your core and expanding your abdominal cavity.
3. Engage the glutes and pull the slack out of the bar before lifting off.
4. Push your hips forward using your hamstrings and glutes until you are in a vertical position.

Full scoop of each of the powders OR two full scoops of just protein powder if you don’t want the other bits. Choose your liquid base...I use either of these two. Almond milk also good. Key is less liquid and more ice...a half a frozen banana added great too. Start with 100ml of liquid, 10-11 ice cubes and add just a touch of liquid as you go if the blender is struggling. Keep the blender at a low speed and gradually increase. Never go to full blend power. The shake should mix but very slowly on medium. Once you see it is smooth and completely blended stop. I tend to let it go until it’s a pale colour. It should actually not move in the blender once it has stopped. It will be like frozen yogurt thickness! On the Stevia I only add a little and only when I use raw cacao. Yummy. It will take a few goes but you’ll get the hange of it. You can really mix any ingredients as you wish, the key is the ice cubes to liquid ratio. and 10-11 ice cubes to the 100ml of liquid. Have fun! 💝 50 grs de nueces trozadas
💖 1 tbsp de polvo de hornear y 1 tbsp de vainilla

💖 3 tbsp de aceite de coco
💝 Stevia al gusto (yo uso 5 sobrecitos)

Con una batidora, o a mano o como desees mezclas los ingredientes, empezando por todos los líquidos y terminando con los ingredientes secos... Precalientas el horno a temperatura media y mientras calienta (porque si calentará como dicen las recetas desde el inicio gastaría mucho gas) aprovechas y engrasa y enharina tu molde de metal, o si tienes el de silicona más bonito solo echa la mezcla y mete al horno por 45 min y cuando el palillo sale casi seco es que ya está (no sale seco del todo ya que no es harina de maiz y la textura de la avenita es distinta, se consciente partner 😍😍😍) Aprovecha y no exageres con las cantidades de tu tajada... I found this @questnutrition pizza at Target and ITS SO FREAKING GOOD IT TASTES JUST LIKE REAL PIZZA I SWEAR!! 🍕 🍕 It’s got 27g protein per half pizza, however, there is 21g of fat per half pizza too, which is high for some people. I personally do not count macros, I follow intuitive eating along with intermittent fasting because that’s what I realize my body likes to do! But I ended up having half and my boyfriend had the other half, and he loved it too! and this comes from a non-fitspo guy, he’s all about the real stuff 😂 it was a bit on the pricier side but I definitely recommend to try it! #onaquest

All of my protein smoothies are typically vegan. My ‘base’ is always almond milk, 1 banana, 4 ice cubes, and one scoop of @vega_team plant based protein powder.
From there, the world is your oyster.

Here I added some spinach and 1 heaping tbsp of superfood, spirulina, which is a good source of vitamins B1, B2 & B3, along with copper and iron.

Ö Zwiebeln klein würfeln undanschwitzen, Tomatenmark zugeben, tomaten klein würfeln mit gehackten tomaten zugeben. Ich reibe dann manchmal noch ne Karotte rein. Würzen je nach Geschmack. Und ich mach das sie gleich ein paar tage reicht. 😂 Und je nachdem wenn es nur für mich ist dann gibts noch thunfisch hinein. Koláč nemusí obsahovať pridaný cukor, aby bol sladký. V poslednej dobe som sa zamýšľal nad tým, ako vôbec niekomu môže chutiť koláč do ktorého sa pridáva 200-300g cukru? Sám som piekol podobné 🍪koláče, preto už len krútim hlavou.🙈 Použitím 🍎🍌 ovocia v rozumnom množstve je myslím koláč dostatočne sladký. Tento krát som použil slivky pripravené na panvici - pustili šťavu a trochu kokosu. Cesto je ochutené škoricou a 🍩koláčiku absolútne cukor nechýba.
