I had Chocolate Banana Coffee Protein Ice Cream for Dessert tonight! Plus some 🍷! Ok so @realbk and I ❤️ halo top ice cream but sometimes we don’t feel like spending the extra 💵 not to mention every time we want to try a new flavor we have to attempt to read their very tiny ingredients label to see if there are nuts in the ice cream! (I have 20/20 vision and I even struggle to read it 🙄). Anyway I decided I’d just make my own protein packed ice cream!
Here’s what I used:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of @questnutrition chocolate milkshake protein powder
1 tbsp @wowbutter (soy butter)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup coffee
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Approximately 4-5 ice cubes
1 @enjoylife double chocolate crunchy cookie (for delicious texture)
Blend it all up and then transfer it to a freezer safe bowl.
Crumble up the cookie of your choosing and fold it into the ice cream.
Pop it in the freezer for at least an hour!

Today, thanks to @impactatx and @lululemon , @zacquarius @sheaboland @scottsimnz and I took on @neufitrfp in Austin. •
This was an experience unlike any other and will blow the doors off any traditional workout.
