HOW do you push your LIMITS every time you're in the gym?
Everyday we should get 20 minutes of physical activity, even on rest days. However, not every day is a rest day, so how do you push yourself?
If you dont go to failure you can't grow physically or mentally. You have to mentally prepare to fail especially in the gym, then you have to fail! The next day sucks, but you jut got stronger. Your endurance and tolerance increased.
These are the things you can't measure or put a rep range on. So, never remain the same, but train INSANE!

This right here👆🏽was tough. Nothing easy about it. I started off worse, but no photos. This is my second fat-to-fit, and it took twice the effort. But there many of life's guilty pleasures that should be earned. So I put in the work, and earn it. It makes it that much better.
