It was a sad day on Tuesday because my #vivoactive2 died. I was so upset and sad! I didn’t know what to do! My only option was to replace my 2 with the #vivoactive3 ! The sadness quickly went away after playing around with this beauty! There is so much functionality! It measures my stress levels, has real time heart rate readings, and can sense REM sleep! I tried it out on my run this morning and it was amazing!!!! I guess the grieving period was short because I am in love!

✨ Josh and I have a challenge to see who can read the most books this year (I’m winning 😉)
✨ I found out through my job that I really like learning things about Excel
✨ I joined my first ever book club this year! I’ve wanted to start one before but it always fell through.
✨ My daily struggle is whether or not to drink soda that day (I know I shouldn’t but it tastes so goooooood)
✨ I try to go to Starbucks by myself once a week to get a coffee, some alone time, and a chance to read.

A little #tbt of family fitness with baby Sage and some husband and wife stuff ❤️ the hubs has been away filming (#stuntman life) since May and I receive lots of DMs relating to this aka how do you make it work?! Never sure of the answer people expect but I believe people achieve what’s necessary in the moment and thank goodness for modern technology. “The goal in marriage is not to think alike, but to think together.” Paul and I have so many of the same values (why I married the guy 😉 plus he’s a hotti) and while our thoughts of achieving them may differ the core connection is always there. Fitness and physical activity is a huge priority (we did meet in college gymnastics club), we went vegan together, and we decided together the parenting approach we believed was the best fit for our family (yes I ‘encouraged’ him to read the books) but most importantly we value each other’s efforts (even the little ones like washing a dish and changing a diaper) and support each other’s hopes and dreams ✨. Yes, obviously I’m counting down the days until they wrap and @diddydarnell is back home but until then FaceTime, recorded bedtime songs, and mother-in-laws save the day. #familyfitness#familygoals#veganfamily
