Sí es cierto que perdemos una gran cantidad de masa muscular al correr por un periodo de más de 30min. Esto se debe a que el cuerpo entra en un estado de estrés y se altera la hormona del cortisol. - Una de las maneras que pudiera contraponer un poco el catabolismo es la ingesta de aminoácidos y Vitamina C y E, hay estudios en donde la Vitamina C y E ayuda a contrarrestar la alteración del cortisol . Otros estudios mencionan el consumo de Magnesio después de una carrera también ayuda. 
Ahora sí te gusta correr y pero te gusta mantener tu masa muscular yo te recomiendo no correr más de 35minutos.

This TO-GO oats cup was the perfect quick fix for breakfast this busy morning. These @youfreshnaturals cinnamon roll muscle oats were so delicious. I like my oats very sweet so I added a little @waldenfarmsinternational maple walnut syrup and it was the perfect touch. 😍🤤 #yummy

living a healthy life has so much to do with how you eat. I notice on days where I don’t eat as healthy, I’m sluggish, lazy, and tired. however, I have more energy when my body is properly nourished! they don’t say “abs are made in the kitchen” for nothing! 80% of diet has to do with how you eat. if you exercise every day but don’t eat as well as you know you should, you likely won’t see the results you want. however- it is all about balance. eat that cupcake if you want it! (last night I had an ice cream for dessert so I’m really not kidding about everything in moderation)😜

1. Ningún alimento engorda más en la noche que en el día o viceversa. JAMÁS. Ni la fruta ni los carbs. Siempre van a aportarte 4 kilocalorias por gramo! 24/7! Ese platano 🍌 que te da 100 calorías en la mañana te las seguirá aportando en la noche también! .

2. La fruta la puedes comer sin problema antes, después, combinada... No se va a fermentar ni nada 🤭 .

3. La fruta no es pura azúcar. Contiene fibra lo que la hace mil veces mejor que un jugo que SÍ es azúcar 100%. Usa la fruta a tu favor! Si sabemos que es un hidrato de carbono SIMPLE que se absorbe MUY RÁPIDO.... Comsumela antes del ejercicio, de estudiar, algún trabajo difícil... TODO CABE DENTRO DE UN BUEN PLAN DE ALIMENTACIÓN en las porciones adecuadas! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Nada más si cuidado a los que se vuelven veganos o vegetarianos, noooo excedan su consumo en frutas! If you go in trying to be strict on your diet and train 7 days a week you are going to crash eventually, and that is totally okay. Do not let it be a determinant of who you are, write down what worked and what didn’t.

Make small habit changes that aren’t too overwhelming and get back at it. .
I myself have times where my diet is weak, and my focus in the gym has dropped. Take some time, a day off maybe and write your thoughts down, or put yourself in a new environment to change perspective for a bit.
.
There is always another opportunity, do not be your worst enemy and beat yourself down for failing at your goal. We only learn from our failures, not our successes.

Извечный вопрос: как же употребление алкоголя 🍾 может отразиться на тренировках и вообще на любых результатах в спорте 🏃🏻‍♂️? Однозначно можно сказать, что в любом случае это принесёт только негатив, и плюсов здесь найти не получится 🧐. Но все же, ради интереса я нашёл более менее точные факты, которые помогут всем сделать выводы и решить для себя, стоит ли того выпитый бокал 🍷?

⚠️Негативные свойства алкоголя:
❌ снижает уровень гормона роста и инсулиноподобного фактора роста;
❌ тормозит синтез мышечного белка вследствие выброса катаболического гормона кортизола;
❌ снижает примерно на 25% уровень мужского полового гормона – тестостерона и повышает уровень женского – эстрогена;
❌ оказывает токсическое воздействие на быстрые (белые) мышечные волокна, которые дают наибольший прирост мышечной массы;
❌ снижает запасы гликогена – главного энергетического источника мышц;
❌ разрушает аэробную способность организма и негативно сказывается на выносливости;
❌ вызывает обезвоживание;
❌ запускает процессы жирообразования;
❌ приводит к истощению таких нутриентов, как витамины и минералы;
❌ нарушает функцию сна.
