Haven’t been able to train legs for nearly 2 months due to a busted ACL in my right knee. Tried a 40kg squat earlier in the week and couldn’t complete one solid rep. Just working on a bit of shaping now, not coming along to bad considering.

So yesterday’s session was a resistance workout . . . Anything that involves lifting heavy stuff I’m here for it lol. Pretty similar set up to All star but different workouts which incorporated the full body. I felt this session was much longer as we did more sets per stations. After day 3 I am incredibly sore (I don’t want to do another push up anytime soon😂) but I love the challenge. Unfortunately I won’t be attending today’s session which is called Docklands because I have a meeting that I forgot about 🤦🏾♀️. With that said I can’t stress enough if you want to get the full experience make sure you clear out your calendars lol, don’t make the same mistake I did. I will be back on Saturday morning for Hollywood 😊🏋🏽♀️
Compared to last week, I’ve had an amazing week, feeling more focused, sleeping better and excited for what’s ahead! 🙌🏼

Dalam rangka World Pull-up Day, Barstard mengadakan event Pull-up For Charity yang juga diselenggarakan di berbagai belahan dunia oleh komunitas lainnya. Di acara ini, setiap peserta harus melakukan maxreps pull-up. Setiap pull-up akan dikalikan Rp 1000,- yg akan didonasikan untuk recovery korban gempa Lombok melalui @act_jabar (boleh donasi lebih atau kurang dari hasil kali pull-up, disesuaikan kemampuan masing-masing). Rekapitulasi semua peserta akan dilaporkan ke www.worldpullupday.com dan maxreps tertinggi akan mendapatkan t-shirt World Pull-up Day.
Donasi juga bisa disalurkan melalui rek BCA 7750822252 a.n. Krisna Indra. Jumlah donasi yg terkumpul akan dibagi 1000 dan hasil bagi nya akan dijadikan repetisi pull-up total untuk semua peserta.
Pendaftaran dilakukan langsung di lokasi acara dan GRATIS. Acara ini juga terbuka untuk umum, untuk itu kami mengundang semua komunitas/institusi olahraga dan masyarakat Bandung untuk berpartisipasi dalam acara ini.
