Don’t know what you call those cable thingies but I felt it in lats, rear delts and front pumpkins so I did a superset of rear delt flies with it. I prolly did it wrong but lemme know Mayla!!! This is the smile of an exhausted mother seeing her 16 month old daughter in the stands after winning an NCAA National Championship title. Following the 2009 World Championship Trials, I walked away from the world of competitive swimming to get married and then become a mother. I can't even say that I missed the pool, because being a mom is thee most important thing I wanted to achieve in life. When my marriage fell apart, I was invited to compete again on the college level. I had only 11 weeks to get myself back in the pool, back in shape and then taper for NCAA's. It was exhausting being a single mom (with lots of help from my family), full-time college student while training. I didn't have a fancy "Tech Suit" because I had diapers to pay for. So I wore an old school hot pink Speedo FSII Recordbreaker, not even the one to the knee. I was very proud of what I was able to accomplish, but I was more excited about showing my daughter how to overcome adversity. Now I'm a mother of 2 and God willing, I will get the clear from my doctors to compete again. "When I feel like life is drowning me, the best solution is to dive into the pool."

Como dice @dhargor se trata de romper la cadena, de contagiar estos hábitos buenos a las pequeñas generaciones que vienen a conquistar el mundo con más fuerza que uno, pero solo lo lograrán si les dejamos el camino preparado.

Laying floors is not for the weak. We spent the entire last two days ripping up carpet and putting down laminate floors, anyone else done this on their own?? NOT EASY 😆 I know my arms are going to be sore from all the hammering.

❗️5 Tips on how to get back on track with your healthy eating habits after an untracked meal ❗️
I want to start off with saying that there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with an untracked meal or cheat meal
Before finding IIFYM, and flexible dieting, I I use to punish myself for eating “bad foods.”
Now that I have a healthy relationship with food, I have zero guilt, and immediately get back on track the next day
Try these steps below after your next untracked meal to get back on track
1️⃣ HAVE ZERO GUILT
One untracked meal is not going to mess up your progress. In the long run, it’s about what you do day in and day out. Also remember that keeping a balance will keep you happy AND healthy
You should never feel guilty for enjoying a treat while making memories! One bad day won’t make you fat just like one good day won’t make you lean
2️⃣ DRINK PLENTY OF WATER 💦 Drink, drink, drink. Fill up a large water bottle and sip on it throughout the day. It helps your body recover from excessive salt and sugar intake. If you struggle to drink water, try adding sliced cucumber, and lemon to your bottle for some flavor
3️⃣ GET MOVING 🏃🏽♀️ Have an awesome workout. Extra calories = extra fuel! It releases feel-good endorphins and is an amazing pick-me-up, especially if you’re feeling a little low after your have indulged. .
I want to make it CRYSTAL clear that I am not saying do EXTRA cardio. Just crush your regular workout routine
4️⃣ DON’T SKIP MEALS
Don’t deprive yourself of food. Although you might think fasting is the answer to your untracked meal guilt, skipping meals does more harm than good to your metabolism. In fact, skipping usual meals or snacks the day after an untracked meal will only increase your cravings. Just return back to your normally tracked meals 🔽Continue 🔽
