INGREDIENTS:

For the salmon marinade:
3 tablespoons olive oil
60 millilitres lemon juice
3 chili peppers, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 salmon fillets (about 270g)

For the veg:
New potatoes (2 servings, about 300g)
Runner beans (2 servings, about 200g)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1 teaspoon parsley
.
PREPARATION: 
1. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, chili, garlic, & ginger in a bowl. Place the salmon fillets on top, skin side up. Cover w/ cling film & marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, prepare the veg. Boil the new potatoes in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the runner beans. Drain & lay out on a baking tray. 
3. Drizzle the olive oil, salt, pepper, & lemon juice over the veg and sprinkle on some salt & pepper. Mix together with your hands, ensuring everything is fully coated. Shift to the top of the pan & sprinkle on the dill and parsley. 
4. Take out the salmon & wrap each fillet in tin foil. Drizzle on some leftover marinade. Place onto the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

5. After 15 minutes, unwrap the top part of the tin foil so that the salmon is exposed. Bake for a further 5 minutes to allow the salmon to crisp. 
6. Enjoy!

🔴 Se cuece la zanahoria, puede ser al vapor, IMPORTANTE que se haga SIN AGUA para que no coja humedad .... yo lo he hecho en el estuche de @lekuees al micro 4min SIN agua, potencia 750w

🔴 La zanahoria 🥕 está lista cuando se puede aplastar más o menos con el tenedor, está blandita ——
🔴 Añadimos a la zanahoria , el coco rallado, el huevo y la Canela 🙃

🔴Después, mezclar todos los ingredientes con la mini pimer y añadir a un molde de cristal, de silicona .... una vez en el molde poner por encima los trozos de choco 85% (video👆🏽) o frutos secos OPCIONAL

I started making pancakes from last night! I love pancakes but sometimes I feel like the pancakes I get at shops are too sweet.

今回は成城石井で買ったチェリーのジャムとギリシャヨーグルトと混ぜてソースにした!昨日のアプリコットジャムより美味しいみたい🙄

I started making pancakes from last night! I love pancakes but sometimes I feel like the pancakes I get at shops are too sweet.   Or I don’t like whipped cream that much and I found out Greek yogurt goes well with pancakes! (ITA⬇️) Goodmorning! Last night we celebrated my birthday and the buying of our new kitchen at an amazing Indian restaurant. Everything was delicious and authentic! We got naan, two chicken curries with yogurt and some desserts. I love trying new things and the Indian is definitely one of my favourite kitchens! But today: pumpkin fair! 🍊

ITA: Buongiorno! Ieri sera abbiamo festeggiato il mio compleanno e l'acquisto della cucina per la casa nuova in un ristorante indiano buonissimo che non avevamo mai provato. Questo è un periodo davvero stressante tra nuovi lavori, millemila impegni per la nuova casa, mutuo della macchina ecc.. Ma proprio per questo bisogna festeggiare i traguardi raggiunti e ricordarsi di quanto siamo fortunati! 😍 oggi, festa della zucca, non vedo l'ora di arrivare!

A máme tady další recenzi 😂😂😂🤷‍♀️ Tentokrát jsem byla ve Slunečnici v Ostravě, najdete ji kousek od Husova sadu směrem ke Stodolní. 🚩🙌 Tak jo, jdeme na to 👇
První ochutnávám hrášek a říkám si mňaaaaam, chutná úplně jako čerstvě vylouskaný z babičiny zahrádky. 😊🤩 Haha. No nebudeme to natahovat, zbytek je hnus 😨🤭 Když pominu velikost porce, která je spíš pro dítě, tak všechno je úplně bez chuti 😶. Ani polívka, natož dýňová omáčka není nijak ochucená, docela i divné smrdí. Jáhlový knedlík chutná asi jako jako papuče vytažená z trouby, slepená do kulatého tvaru. Mrkev je hořká, řepu nejím, tak aspoň něco nemusím posoudit 😅😬🤢Takže hrášek za 100? Galletas para bebé❤ 🍪🍌🍪🍌🍪🍌🍪🍌🍪🍌🍪 Listas en un momento, sólo unos 50 gramos de harina de avena (yo muelo los copos de avena suaves de cualquier super) y un par de plátanos pequeños maduros. Si deslizas hasta la última foto verás el aspecto que cogió mi masa. Unos 20 minutos en el horno y listo!! No cuesta tanto comer sano, se puede comer de forma saludable y muy muy rico. Sin azúcar ni cacas... La educación alimentaría es fundamental en los más pequeños.😉 Ver a mi niño comiéndose las galletitas de la tita, no tiene precio😍

For the chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
1 teaspoon paprika optional
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the filling
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup bell pepper minced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese or melting cheese of choice
4 ounces cream cheese softened
¼ cup grated Parmesan
2 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper

To steam broccoli: Chop the broccoli florets into small pieces. Put all the broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl & about 2 tablespoons water. add water. Cover w/ plastic wrap & microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, steam on stove-top or blanch in boiling water for 1 minutes. Use a sharp knife to slice each chicken breasts horizontally to form a pocket. Be sure not stop cutting about 1/2 inch from the ends and sides. Season chicken breasts w/ a generous sprinkle of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, & pepper. 
In a large bowl, combine the steam & chopped broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, cheeses and salt & Pepper; set aside. Spoon the mixture into each chicken breast evenly. Secure w/ toothpicks if needed. 
Preheat oven to 400F. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a large cast iron or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts & cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden. Cover w/ aluminum foil & transfer to preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. -

Get in my belly Mango Tuna Tartare 😋. Don’t shy away from preparing raw fish 🐠. Go to a fish market that carries sushi-grade tuna and whip up my tartare up in under 20 minutes (super simple to make!)👩‍🍳. The sweet mango combined with the coconut aminos give this a sweet/soy taste and a scattering of fresh herbs highlights the fresh taste of the tuna. Trust me - it’s DELICIOUS!! .

INGREDIENTS (4 servings) ⤵️
2 tbsp Organic Coconut Aminos 🌴🥥. .
1 Lb sushi-grade tuna fillet 🐠 
1 tbsp fresh chives 
1 tbsp fresh cilantro 
1 cup sliced mango (I used frozen)
8 oz cubed avocado 🥑 
2 cup cubed tomatoes 
1/2 cup cubed cucumber (no skin) 🥒 
Dash salt & pepper. .

DIRECTIONS 
Using a very sharp knife, trim away any skin from the tuna fillet. Cut the tuna into 1/4-inch cubes and place in a bowl. Add all the ingredients and stir gently to combine. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes. 
To serve, divide the tuna among individual bowls or use a measuring cup as a mild as I did here and top with the chives. My sides are 1/2 cup white rice and 2 cups veggies. Bon Appetite 👩‍🍳! Peep my IG story to see my full food prep today 👀. .
