Ima dana kao što je današnji kada teško balansiramo između onog što je planirano i onoga što nas zadesi. Zbog toga danas ide jedan video gde osim što jačamo gluteus, aduktore i abduktore, vežbamo i balans 💕

Loptu (ili jastuče, tegić, flašicu peska/vode) postavimo iza kolena i čvrsto držimo sve vreme.
U prvoj vežbi imamo bočno odvođenje noge, koleno podižemo najviše do visine kuka i trudimo se da stopalo i koleno budu uvek u istoj ravni.
U drugoj vežbi zadržavamo koleno u maksimalnom položaju i dodajemo samo male pokrete, takozvane pulseve.
U sledećoj vežbi stopalo vodi pokret, pritiskamo loptu jače, aktiviramo više zadnju ložu, odvodimo nogu u nazad, trudimo se da zadržimo istu visinu tokom cele vežbe.
U četvrtvoj vežbi privodimo koleno rotiraćuji nogu u kuku. Ovo je pravi izazov za ravnotežu!
Na kraju imamo bočne rotacije u oba smera i uradili smo ceo set.

Svaka vežba 10 ponavljanja, bar 3-4 seta, obe strane. Javite mi kako se osećaju mišići nogu, kako ste zadovoljni ravnotežom, kao i otvaranjem u kukovima. Tu sam za sva pitanja i dodatni savet 🤗💕💫

My #kingcobrapose requires loads of practice on my quads but my back definitely compensates for that a little 😆 It's good to take photos of your poses. What you feel you're doing,  while doing a pose,  and what it actually looks like,  doesn't often match,  unless you're already highly advanced. I'm at the beginning of my yoga adventure and it really helps a ton to see where exactly should I focus in order to improve.

Wiecie, że od jakiegoś czasu chodzę na zajęcia i udaję, że jestem #fit 🙈 Przez dwa miesiące schudłam cały KILOGRAM dlatego w końcu postanowiłam, że szkoda marnować czas i albo to rzucam albo porządnie biorę się do roboty 🙌🏽 Oczywiście ja tak szybko się nie poddaję i ponownie biorę się za swoje ciało 🙏🏼 Tym razem biorę się za to na poważnie- małymi kroczkami chcę zmieniać swoje nawyki nie tylko jesli chodzi o ćwiczenia ale rownież wewnętrznie poprzez zdrową dietę 🥗 Wszystkie Mamy wiedzą co znaczy szybkie podjadanie w chwili drzemki albo pomiędzy biegiem od jednego mebla do drugiego, dlatego postawiłam na sprawdzoną Activię w nowej wersji z siemieniem lnianym @activia_polska - w liceum była to idealna przekąska na śniadanie w szkole, a teraz idealna na zaspokojenie głodu  podczas spaceru czy zabawy z Franiem 🥤 Zaczęłam zdrowo gotować, bo skoro i tak robię to dla Frania to i dla nas mogę prawda? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Podejmuję walkę o zdrowie i zdrową sylwetkę - nie tylko dla siebie ale i dla Frania , bo jestem odpowiedzialną Mamą 🤱🏼 Czy są tutaj Mamy, które podejmują walkę ze mną? 3majcie za mnie kciuki ✊🏽

It’s #transformationtuesday so....🤷🏼‍♀️. 8 month shoulder and lower body progress. I forget to go back sometimes and look at the progress I’ve made long term....but I’m pretty proud of this. Progress is slow and steady 👌🏻👌🏻 In between these photos, every workout and every meal has been intentional (even my treat meals). I haven’t quit, I haven’t fallen off the wagon....I’ve trained consistently and eaten purposefully for my goals. And still....the progress is there but it isn’t mind blowing. Because it takes TIME. I hear things from people all of the time like, “It’s been 3 weeks and I don’t see any changes...” 🤦🏼‍♀️ Dont allow unrealistic expectations to bring discouragement. Even if you’re doing every thing “by the book,” it takes time. So much time. Lol Don’t give up!! You may not make progress as quickly as you would like, but you sure will make a heck of a lot more moving forward than backward. This is a weird #NSV These are my ankles. I’ve always felt insecure about them. My entire life. I used to make self deprecating jokes about my cankles. And then I got pregnant. 🤰🏻Let me tell you in no uncertain terms that during my pregnancy I truly learned the meaning of the word cankles. I say this with total love for myself and the miraculous thing that my body was doing, but y’all they were insane. They were like tree trunks. 🌳Especially my left ankle. To be clear, my blood pressure was always perfectly healthy and my OB was not concerned. I’m just a water retainer by nature. My beautiful daughter was born, and days and weeks ticked by...the right ankle went back to normal but the left never did. My OB informed me that I was one of the lucky few women who’s legs may never go back to normal. Pregnancy basically broke the valves in my leg. Yay! Add this to the list of things that no one tells you about pregnancy and child birth. 🤗🙄 Well, I love my daughter and she’s worth it, so I just resolved myself that “it is what it is” and I would love my body anyway. Even though I was still self conscious. And was often asked about it. Even recently at my birthday pedicure. But in the last two weeks something miraculous has happened. I don’t have tiny, dainty ankles mind you. I don’t think I ever will. But they are pretty much the same size. At 1:00 in the afternoon after being on my feet a lot and even getting a run in. This is AMAZING! @dnancejr can attest that this is a HUGE change. (It’s ok babe, you have permission). I cannot make medical claims on behalf of my company. And I am not doing so. But I wholeheartedly believe that by flooding my body with exceptional nutrition and taking good care of myself I have helped pave the way for this healing to manifest. This is a weird #NSV  These are my ankles. I’ve always felt insecure about them. My entire life. I used to make self deprecating jokes about my cankles. And then I got pregnant. 🤰🏻Let me tell you in no uncertain terms that during my pregnancy I truly learned the meaning of the word cankles. I say this with total love for myself and the miraculous thing that my body was doing, but y’all they were insane. They were like tree trunks. 🌳Especially my left ankle. Trying to cut back on my carb intake and these are the perfect snack to do the job! 
Flourless peanut butter 🥜 banana 🍌 muffins! 
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin tin w/ 12 liners. 
2. In a large bowl combine 1 cup natural PB, 2 mashed bananas, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract, 3 eggs, 1/2 tsp. himalayan salt, 1/4 cup pure honey, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Mix well! 
3. Scoop batter into muffin tins and top each w/ about 4 semi-sweet chocolate morsels! 
4. Bake for 15 min. Let cool for 10 min. Eat immediately or store in an air tight container in fridge for up to 1 week! 🥜 🍌 these are insanely delicious! 2 of them fill me up for a few hours so I’d say these are a great snack option!

Wholimama's Matter Gobhi with Creamy Cashew Curry

This dish is fun, decadent and super satisfying. As a child I loved this Indian classic with paneer and slathered in sour cream. I don't miss the dairy version at all with this healthy vegan alternative. Goes excellent over rice or quinoa. 
Serves 6
Whats in it:
1 head of cauliflower, small florets
1 bag frozen peas 
3 peeled carrots, bias cut or cubed
1 1/4 cup cashews, soaked
2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Curry ingredients:
2-3 tsp Hing
1/2 tsp Turmeric
3 tsp Cumin powder 
2 tsp Coriander powder 
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder 
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Anise seed powder
A small pinch of Fenugreek powder
1/8 to 1/4 tsp of cayenne or chili powder (optional)
Olive oil for chaunce and shallow frying

How it's done:
On Meduim high, heat 1/2 inch of oil in a non stick frying pan (cast iron is the best!) When oil is hot, shallow fry the cauliflower in 2-3 batches for 3-4 minutes, stirring each minute to ensure even browning. 
Place cauliflower in a bowl lined with paper towel to soak up excess oil.
In a small bowl, combine hing and turmeric. In a different small bowl, combine remaining curry ingredients. 
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and sautée hing turmeric combo for 2 minutes. 
Add remaining curry mixture, give a quick stir, then throw in the carrots and a 1/3 cup of water. Mix so the curry can blend with the water. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes. 
Add cauliflower and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
In the meantime, blend cashews with the almond milk on high until smooth. (Add 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast to give it a cheesy flavor)
Add mixture to vegetables along with salt and pepper and stir to incorporate. Namaste!

Making changes can be hard, but in order to succeed long term you’ve got to stop the negative ‘I blew it’ cycle. Meaning if you eat something not so healthy you give yourself permission to keep eating that way and start again next week. Usually change next week never comes, but right now does. „Was war der 🔑 Moment um mit deiner Abnahme zu beginnen?“ - Davon gab es in meinem Leben tatsächlich schon viele 💁🏼‍♀️ ein sehr prägender war der kurz nachdem das linke Bild entstand, ich war damals erst 13 und wog knapp 85 kg, wir waren im Wald als sich eine Gruppe Jugendlicher lautstark über meine Figur lustig machte. Mir war das damals so unglaublich peinlich, dass ich mir schwur etwas zu ändern 🤞🏼. Zu dieser Zeit machte ich einiges durch, ich war ein Außenseiter, hatte keine schönen Klamotten und musste mir viele Beleidigungen anhören 🤷🏼‍♀️ „Hängebauchschwein“ war eine der harmloseren... nach außen versuchte ich mir nichts anmerken zu lassen, innerlich litt ich sehr und jeder Schlag 🤜🏼 in den Magen hätte wahrscheinlich weniger Bauchschmerzen ausgelöst. Ich begann zu hungern, weil ich mir anders nicht zu helfen wusste und mein Wunsch #abnehmen zu wollen war stark wie nie. Aus diesen Erfahrungen ist auch mein heutiger Wunsch entstanden ein Konzept für Kinder 👧🏻 zu entwickeln, weil sie unter #Übergewicht häufig deutlich mehr leiden als Erwachsene und da die Frage aufkam: Ich arbeite bereits daran, bilde mich in der Kinderernährung weiter, es wird aber noch Monate dauern bis es endgültig steht ☺️. Der nächste prägende Schlüsselmoment war nach meiner ersten Schwangerschaft 🤰🏼. Ich war tief unglücklich und sah eine sportliche, junge Frau mit Mann und Kind, sie war so lebensfroh und ich lief hinter ihr depressiv und unglücklich, ich wollte auch so eine „fitte“ Mami sein 😍 litt damals aber sehr unter Depressionen... trotz vieler Schlüsselmomente, starkem Willen und Kampfgeist schaffte ich es immer nur kurzfristig abzunehmen. Bis ich endlich anfing mich selbst mit dem Thema Ernährung auseinander zu setzen, mich weiterzubilden und Dinge zu hinterfragen 🤔 viel zu oft hatte ich mich Menschen anvertraut die meinen Zustand im Endeffekt noch verschlimmerten, mich an Ernährungspläne gehalten, die mich krank machten... abgenommen hatte ich schon so oft, langfristig geholfen hat mir nur eine gesunde, ausgewogene Ernährungsumstellung 🥗🍳🍓🍎🥒 freue ich mich über eure Erfahrungen/Meinungen zu diesem Thema👇🏼

The journey continues...@loriharder is an incredible motivator, and usually during her workouts, she says something I just really needed to hear. Today was, "just remember, you showed up. That's all that matters is you show up." Sometimes I beat myself up because I didn't do as well as I hoped to on my run or my workout..what I need to remember, though, is 3 months ago, I wasn't doing it AT ALL. I am doing 100% better than I was 3 months and my consistency is starting to pay off..I don't hurt nearly as much after every workout as I used to. I am gaining the all around energy "they" always say working out will give you.
