So this happened today ........my first private with the stunning @jerseyluv7 .....but there is a long story behind this moment. A few years ago (approx 6) I was going though YouTube and came across a video by Jersey... Got 2 Luv you by Sean Paul. It was the first time I saw a heels routine ..and I was hooked. I knew she was way too hard for me so I started taking easier heels classes, but I kept checking out all her work. I finally mustered the courage to take her hottie heels class, staying in the back, trying everything she asked...barely keeping up. At some point I overheard one of the dancers mention “pole” so I thought maybe this will help me get better in her class......in actuality it led to another passion, but my heart and soul began here ...with the DANCE. Over the years we developed an unspoken bond and I realized what an amazing person she was, with values, raw talent in addition to being a beautiful person inside and out. Why it took this long to get this one on one, I can’t answer, but life has its own timing! I’ve been doing some research lately on necessary macronutrients to eat while you are sick. It seems like we have another bout of flu going around, so I figured you guys might find it useful.
Apparently, what you are sick with and what you eat will directly affect your recovery. According to a study done by a Yale professor, bacterial and viral infections trigger different type of inflammatory and immune responses in us.
When we are sick with a virus, such as the flu or a cold, our bodies need glucose (CARBS) to protect our brains from inflammation. When deprived of glucose and sick with a flu, mice died during testing. ☹️ Without glucose, that virus killed cells in the brain. So, carb up!
When you are sick with a bacterial infection and say your doctor prescribed antibiotics, NOT eating fast digesting, insulin spiking carbs will help you recover. This means that a low carb, high fat and high protein diet is beneficial. Scientists believe that this is due to the fact that bacterial inflammation coupled with glucose metabolism cause too many radicals, which in turn cause neuron damage. In this case, when mice were sick with a bacterial infection and administered glucose, they died from epileptic seizures. In the case of a virus, the mice got better after being administered glucose.

Disclaimer: I wouldn’t normally do this as a full leg workout if I have access to a barbell (Olympic weight lifting bar). 💪 I would utilize that or the smith machine for my squats, dead lifts, hip thrusts, etc. BUT this is a great alternative. If it’s too busy in the gym, you’re not comfortable with using the bar or you have limited equipment.. utilize this as a Full Leg workout. Otherwise, adding some of these moves with your compound exercises are AWESOME to compliment those big movements. 😛

Я очень большая сладкоежка🍫. И дня без сладкого не проживу🤷🏼♀️.
Раньше именно так и было. Я ела что хотела и когда хотела, поэтому набрала +10 кг🤦🏼♀️.
Чтобы похудеть, мне пришлось сильно ограничить себя в поедание конфет, шоколадок и т.п. + спорт.
Но, сейчас я привыкла есть все в меру.
Перестала употреблять жирное и мучное. У меня нет уже такой сильной зависимости от сладостей, и жить стало легче 😂.
Единственное что я обожаю и ем сейчас-это корни😱. Знаю что он далёк от полезного, но это моя любовь 😂.
Сегодня мой вес составляет- 46 кг. За эту неделю скинула 1,5 кг из-за стресса и кучи перемен😁. Надеюсь продолжать в том же духе🤗. Ещё 3 кг🙈.
P.S У меня в историях проходит голосование: «Довольны ли вы своей фигурой?» , так вот, 90% парней ответили- ДА( хотя многие далеки от идеала😂), а 90%- девушек ответили- НЕТ ( даже те, у кого фигура 🔥)🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️.
