😠 Know what can be frustrating about a fitness journey? The longer you work out consistently, the harder it is to see changes. When you’re starting out you might see little changes pretty quickly, from dropping a few pounds to noticing more definition in your muscles. But once you feel like you’ve made fitness a habit, it seems like you hit a plateau. 😑
I have been feeling like that lately. I know I’ve built some muscle but I can’t help but feel like I just look “bigger” instead of more strong and toned (what I’m aiming for). I recently went back to work, and none of my favorite work jeans that fit me two months ago fit me anymore! It can really mess with your head 🤷♀️•
👀 Looking at these pictures, one from a few months ago and one from today, I can see a lot of changes! Focusing on glutes and legs a lot lately has paid off, even if I can’t always see it.•
Morals of the story:•
1. TAKE PICTURES 📷 You’ll thank yourself later!
2. TRUST THE PROCESS 📆 Progress takes time! Don’t give up, and don’t panic when your body starts changing. Focus on proper nutrition, supplementation, and exercise and make it a habit. You got this!•

Right is yesterday morning's check-in, about 165lbs, back in caloric surplus after a little cut, and a little over 3 years clean and free from addiction..
