We gymed it up, drove to the “Big City”, had dinner & some drinks... Witnessed my brothers drool over her .... 🤦🏻♀️ Lol!!! And then we went downtown just to take pictures 😂😂🤳🏼
We never really have a plan when we get to hang except for the gym & food 😆 and then everything else is fair game!! I love her so much♥️ #nohomo We balance each other out so well, and are so very similar in the way we view life & all that good stuff.

Zabu is one of the most talented and creative people I have ever met. He has helped me with work/creative projects and taught me many things. Recently he got into fitness so I had the opportunity to return the favor and give him a few pointers. He is actually much more advanced and knowledgeable than his experience level would suggest. It is 100% okay to spend 4% of your day on yourself, for yourself, and by yourself.
We all have "stuff" - demands, commitments, jobs, kids, to-do lists, responsibilities, blah, blah, blah. Losing yourself in motherhood, or to a career, or even in a relationship is so easy to do without even noticing it's happening. You know why? We are wired to put ourselves on the back burner. To do all the things for all the people. To do all the favors, be all the places, work all the overtime. To put others' needs before our own.
Don't get me wrong, being generous and helpful is awesome and feels great. But you know what else feels great? Recognizing yourself when you look in the mirror. Having a sense of accomplishment. Happiness. Alone time. Living your best life. .
So I plan, claw, and fight to find and carve out an hour to workout and shower. Sometimes it's not straight forward and is 2 or 3 separate chunks of time and/or after the kids are in bed. It's 4% of my day, and it's necessary. And the other 96% of my day seems to fall into place.
Okay, but on a serious note, I chose the top left pic because if you zoom wayyyy in, then take a microscope to the snatchal region, and zoom in some more, there's an almost undetectable bit of daylight peeking through from behind me without doing the trademarked fake thigh gap lean forward. Say whaaaaaat? 😂🤣 . . .
Don’t let the weekend become your week end. Try stay on track with your goals, eat healthy and try to keep moving over the weekend...💃🏼 Remember it doesn’t have to be hard, keep it simple, a healthy diet and even just a brisk walk 🚶🏼♂️is an effective way to keep you on track.

FriYAY! Climb rocks & things, no big deal 💪🏼 Another early morning it ‘twas to get in my workouts before I went and did a thing...Well TWO THINGS! First, I had my very first work date with a girl boss in my community! I mean, why not work together especially when you’re 10 minutes away from each other?! Hello neighbor 👋🏼 We got to focus in on our own bizs & ask each other for advice if needed. THEN it wouldn’t be a date with a fit friend without doing some sort of exercise? My girl Morgan, took us out to hike South Mountain! It was my first hike EVER & glad I went with someone who knew the trail! ‘Twas FUN! I went out of my comfort zone working in front of another teammate & going on an adventure to an unfamiliar place! I’ll just say, nature is beautiful & TONS of laughter accompanied it! Who says a virtual community can’t meet up & hang out in person? 😊🌵🌞
That look you give your videographer..@perez_319... when she starts talking trash after you finish your set. Yeah....you should hear some of the commentary. 🤣🤣 .. Surround yourself with people that share your vision....got your back...and make ya laugh. 👊 Those are the people that will be there when shit hits the fan 💩....AND when it's sunshine and fucking unicorns 🦄🦄. 💯

C'est mon entraîneur de cet été. J'ai enfin pu le voir en VRAI 😍 il est de passage à MTRL en fin de semaine pour notre rassemblemet Beachbody. Avoue qu'il est beau?! En plus il est tellement sympathique !! Bref, je capote !! J'aime ma vie haha #groupie . Cesoir c'était souper VIP avec, et demain il va nous donner un entraînement en LIVE 🙌
