Junho 2018. Eu precisava mudar ... 86kg, desaminado, açúcar no sangue alterado... eu precisava MESMO mudar. 
Comecei meu desafio: ter mais saúde, mais disposição no meu dia... ser mais produtivo, mais envolvido com a minha missão. E inspirar pelo exemplo... não por palavras soltas no vento ( e sem comprovação). De lá para cá são 6 meses de mudanças de hábitos... Hoje: 79 kg, 12% de gordura, açúcar no sangue normalizado e muita, muita energia para tudo que eu imaginar fazer. Estou pronto para o verão ⛱2019 e para a vida!

Kartoffeln und Möhre auf einer groben Raspel raspeln, mit Salz, Pfeffer und einem Hauch Muskatnuss würzen. Ein Ei untermischen danach Taler formen und in Semmelbrösel wenden. Die Rösti in heißem Öl in der Pfanne auf der ersten Seite so lange anbraten, bis die Ränder etwas dunkler sind, als die Rösti sein sollen. Erst dann wenden und die zweite Seite ebenfalls goldbraun braten.

Seit Montag (dieser Woche) habe ich es mal wieder geschafft regelmäßig zum Training zu gehen. Ich musste davor 14 Tage Zwangspause einlegen, weil ich es zeitlich einfach nicht geschafft habe zum Sport zu gehen. Es gab in letzter Zeit leider andere Prioritäten😶
Durch den ganzen Stress habe ich sogar das Gewicht (49kg) erreicht was ich zu Weihnachten auf der Waage haben wollte. Wenigstens ein kleiner positiver Nebeneffekt🙈
Der Einstieg ins Training viel mir nach der „Pause“ nicht schwer, weil ich mich gefreut habe wieder zum Sport gehen zu können. Einen extrem großen Kraftverlust hatte ich auch nicht🙏🏼 Habt noch einen schönen Sonntagabend 🙂

Eggplant Casserole 🍆 
Serves 6
Calories per serving: 225
.
RECIPE:
2 garlic clove, crushed
6 tbsp olive oil
2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato purée
4 aubergine, cut into long, 5mm thick slices
85g Parmesan, freshly grated
20g pack basil leaves torn
1 egg beaten

Heat oven to 200degC.
In a shallow pan, mix together the garlic and 4 tbsp of the olive oil. Cook over a high heat for 3 mins, tip in the tomatoes, then simmer for 8 mins, stirring every now and then. Stir in the tomato purée.
Meanwhile, heat a griddle pan until very hot. Brush a few of the aubergines with a little oil, then add to the pan. Cook over a high heat until well browned and cooked through, about 5-7 mins. Turn them halfway through cooking. Lift onto kitchen paper and do the next batch.
When all the aubergines are cooked, lay a few of them in the bottom of an ovenproof dish, then spoon over some sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil leaves. Add seasoning, then repeat this process with the remaining ingredients. Finally, pour the egg over the top, sprinkle over a little more Parmesan, then bake for 20 mins or until the topping is golden.

You see not only does fibre help fill you up and get you pooping, but it slows the digestion of sugars from the fruit AND improves your insulin sensitivity meaning you deal with that sugar better. .
Fruit also shouldn’t be your sole answer to eating more fruit and vegetables... (a lot of people forget about the vegetables... 😂)
