Ecco un'idea diversa per la colazione del sabato mattina 😍
. 
INGREDIENTI:
(Per un pezzo)
🔹½ bicchiere di albume🥚
🔹1 cucchiaio abbondante di farina d’avena🌾
🔹½ cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
(Per la cremina)
🔹Acqua (qualche goccia)🥛
🔹Truvia qb.
🔹Cacao amaro qb.🍫

PROCEDIMENTO:
🔅Prendete una pentola antiaderente e versate l’albume e la farina
🔅Cuocete, mescolando bene senza fare attaccare il composto
🔅Una volta addensato il composto, spengete il fuoco mentre, però, continuate a mescolare, per far staccare dalle pareti della pentola il composto
🔅Fate intiepidire e aggiungere il lievito, mescolando sempre
🔅Bagnatevi le mani e formate una ciambella
🔅Infornate a 180°C per 10 minuti
🔅Tirate fuori e lasciate raffreddare
🔅Farcite con una crema fatta con cacao amaro, qualche goccia d’acqua e truvia

Happy MATCHA MONDAY!  This creamy green porridge combines three of my fav brekkie foods — matcha, avocado, & muesli!
.
MATCHA green tea has a unique, complex taste, with a balance of naturally sweet, malty, bitter & earthy vegetal notes.  It is rich in anti-inflammatory, disease-fighting phytochemicals and can induce a sense of calm while simultaneously boosting energy, concentration, memory & metabolism.

AVOCADO is a relatively unique fruit since it is low in carbs (mainly fibre!) but high in healthy fat.  Avocados are incredibly nutritious & contain powerful disease-fighting antioxidants like lutein & zeaxanthin along with a wide range of vitamins & minerals, including vit K, folate, & potassium.
.
MUESLI differs from granola in that it is a mixture of raw cereals (most often oats), dried fruit, seeds & nuts, whereas granola is baked.  Muesli is typically soaked with milk, yogurt, or juice before eating to make it easier to chew & digest.

This recipe can be made with any dry muesli.  Here I used my homemade #grainfree paleo & #ketofriendly #muesli (pic 2). It's packed with fiber, #healthyfats and protein and is super easy to throw together.

-kevés zabkorpa
Az egészet egy tálban botmixerrel összeturmixoltam. Fasírtokat formáztam belőle. Teljes kiōrlésű panírmorzsába forgattam és kókusz zsírban kisütöttem. Próbáld ki te is!😊

1 cup tahini
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup honey or maple
1 tps vanila (optional)
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 tps baking soda
Pinch of salt

⏩⏩Instructions

Melted chocolate/raspberries or coconut for topping
In a bowl add eggs,tahini,coconut sugar,honey and vanilla. Mix well. Add rest of the ingredients and mix again. Use hand mixer if you have to make the process easier. The butter should be very thick and sticky. Prepare baking tray lined with parchment paper and add the mixture. Bake for 25 minutes on 175•. Let it cool down completely before adding melted chocolate and cutting into squares.

Hello instabuddies, I feel like I havent posted in so long! Anyways I'm in AUSTRALIA finally, wow it's a loooong way away! I wanted to bake some delicious healthy little treats for our trip (@trevorlagerwey & I) that were #1 easy & convenient to travel with #2 hit the sweettooth spot & #3 ofcourse something that is full of healthy goodness 😊 so I made these little D'lights. If you like coconut then these are made for you!

Here is the recipe:

What are they made of?
.
•  1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
•  1 cup pitted dried dates
•  1 cup almonds
•  1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•  1/3 cup hot water •  Pinch of salt (or to taste)
•  1 tsp caramel essence
.
How do I make them?
.
• Place dates & almonds in a processor and mix until finely chopped.
• Then add the desiccated coconut, caramel essence, cinnamon, water & salt in your  processor and mix until all well combined & moldable
• Let chill in fridge for 10 mins • Spread some dessicated coconut on a plate
• Divide Into equal portions (this recipe makes 24 balls @ +-22grams each) • Form rounded balls with your fingers & roll in the coconut

Buon sabato 😘😘😘 PanSoffice 🍰 di Zucca 🎃 e Castagne 🌰 ☝🏻🤓 231cal 29,7C 19,1P 3G (per il solo pansoffice)

Ingredienti:
🌾 Farina di avena, 20g + Farina di castagne, 20g
🥚 Albume d'uovo, 100g
🎃 Zucca cotta, 50g
🍯 Sciroppo d’acero, 2g
Agente lievitante 
Istruzioni:
- Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti ottenendo un composto omogeneo. - Cuocere il composto nel microonde alla massima potenza per 4 minuti
- Lasciar freddare e degustare

10 DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS, WOO! 
Scrap the brandy butter this year and replace with our light and creamy yogs with all the gut loving benefits of regular yoghurt without any of the dairy, soya or sugar. 
This is our go to recipe for Mince Pies and we hope you love them as much as we do!

250g plain spelt flour (or flour of choice) 
100g  cold coconut oil  ½ teaspoon salt
 80g coconut sugar
7-10 tablespoons ice cold water
300g  Meridian Mince Meat 
Sprinkle of Coconut Sugar (for crunch and texture)  Put a 12 hole cupcake tin or mince pie tin in the fridge to chill.
Add the flour, salt, coconut oil (important that the coconut oil is very cold) and coconut sugar to a food processor and blend until it looks like breadcrumbs.
Add the water one tablespoon at a time until it just start to come together in a dough 
Roll out to 2-3mm thick and even all over.
 Use a round cutter and cut out 12 round shapes and place in cupcake tin and spoon in mincemeat filling. 
Bring the remaining pastry together and roll out again and cut out 12 star shapes and place on top before sprinkling each one with coconut sugar to add that bit of texture and an extra bit of sweetness.
Cook for around 20 minutes at 180 degrees 
Leave to cool completely before placing in tin but they taste fantastic warm straight out of the oven with a spoon of Nush.

😍😍👉👉👉from @foodsile -  warming chili bowl |with avocado, rice, broccoli and cauliflower 🥑🍛.this ‘beefy’ chili is loaded with heat and flavor — with textured vegetable protein for a meaty bite!since you all voted yes for the recipe, I’ll leave it here & and update my blog tonight.enjoy & happy Friday!🔥
meaty vegan chili (serves 4)
-1 onion, diced
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (adjust to taste)
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1 tbsp chili powder
-1 bell pepper, diced
-2 large tomatoes, diced
-1 8-oz can tomato sauce
-1 15-oz can kidney beans, drained
-1/2 cup TVP
-1/2 cup water
On medium heat, sautee the onions and garlic in a large pot for 4-5 minutes, until fragrant.Add in chipotle peppers, cumin, chili powder;stir until incorporated.Add all remaining ingredients to the pot and stir well.Cover the pot, bring to a boil, then let simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes.Once thickened & TVP is cooked through, remove from heat & enjoy!

Looking forward to getting back to BIG preps like this one! Just heading back from vacation - Nice to relax, be on my phone less + enjoy lots of good food! 🍕 Got a few workouts in but was more focused on spending quality time with my friends and family than hitting the gym super hard. A break in routine used to give me anxiety but now it's a welcome change. Need to take time to be present and enjoy life - Summer is short so gotta soak up every minute 🌞 Sometimes that means more pizza & ice cream than workouts but that is OK! Need to find your balance ❤
