This chicken pesto pasta is super easy to put together. I used my chicken tenderloins I've cooked in the oven, got a pack of small shells pasta cooked it like regular pasta, chopped up pur cherry tomatoes and added feta cheese to top it of. WAM BAM you have a meal that'll set you up for 3 or 4 days😁👍🏼 hope you all find this useful and have a great weekend!

Si sa che per ottenere dei buoni risultati è fondamentale l’allenamento🏋️‍♀️ e lo è ancora di più l’alimentazione. Quando si ha un obiettivo è importante curare nei minimi dettagli questi aspetti, per questo è sempre meglio affidarsi a persone competenti. 
Dietro a tutto questo, anche se non sembra, c’è tanto sacrificio. Nonostante questo amo allenarmi, mi fa staccare la testa e mi ricarica. Sull’aspetto alimentare ho avuto e ho tutt’ora delle difficoltà, ma sto imparando a conoscere il cibo, a conoscere il mio corpo e ad ascoltarlo. Passo molto tempo in cucina e ad organizzare i pasti...mi piace tanto e ho scoperto di avere una piccola dote👩🏻‍🍳
Ecco, allenamento e alimentazione sono diventati uno stile di vita, il mio. E adoro che sia così 💪🏻♥️ tuttavia c’è qualcosa che rende il tutto più difficile. Le persone. Quelli che mi stanno intorno non capiscono e criticano. Criticano il mio mangiare pulito, criticano che sia tutto calcolato. Criticano che rinuncio ad un dolcino. Criticano perché mi alleno costantemente. Criticano e basta!
Loro non sanno che se ho voglia di dolce assecondo la mia voglia e lo mangio 😋 se ho voglia di pizza 🍕 la mangio pure!
Ma quando dice il mio corpo e non quando dicono loro! 
Continuate sempre per la vostra strada, solo con la costanza e i sacrifici si raggiungono gli obiettivi 💪🏻

👉BIZCOCHO HÚMEDO TIPO BROWNIE CON HELADO DE MANGO NATURAL👈

Para el bizcocho #singluten :
◾50g de harina de maíz
◾1 plátano mediano muy maduro
◾1 huevo mediano
◾1 cucharada de queso fresco batido desnatado
◾10g de cacao puro desgrasado en polvo
◾1 chorrito de leche (50-60ml aprox)
◾endulzar al gusto

Batir todo con una batidora de vaso.
Llevar a un recipiente apto para microondas.
Hornear en el micro, a potencia media, en tandas de 2-3 minutos hasta que esté cuajado pero vigilando que no quede seco.
Desmoldar, servir y disfrutar!

5ml dolcificante

20gr proteine in polvere cioccococco +acqua 
10gr cioccolato amaro in polvere
Lamponi e more 
Mischiare tutti gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e senza grumi. Cuocere in microonde alla max potenza per 4min. Aprire lo sportello di tanto in tanto. Guarnire con crema proteica fatta con le proteine in polvere con 2cucchiai di acqua e il cioccolato amaro. Completare con more e lamponi. 😊😊😊💖💖💖💪💪🌞

Buenas tardes! El almuerzo de hoy fue: Lomo de cerdo asado, ensalada roja y arroz. INGREDIENTES(2 personas): ✔1 remolacha/betabel ✔1 zanahoria ✔1/2 libra de lomo de cerdo✔1 gajo de cebolla larga✔1/2 taza de arroz. Oven roasted vegetables, pan-fried plantain and pesto topped pasta... even the simplest meals don't have to be boring. The juice from the warm tomatoes really transform the meal.
| 
Cut up broccoli stems, chestnut mushrooms and baby tomatoes. Place in oven dish, add salt and pepper, garlic, ginger, a drizzle of desired oil and allow to cook to your preference (I added thyme but this is optional). Once near cooked then add some sliced spring onions.

Slice and pan fry plantain then transfer to kitchen towel (to drain of excess oil) and sprinkle with sea salt. |
Pasta.... simple.... boiled in slightly salted water with a bit of olive oil till aldente and add a dollop of pesto (vegan pesto are available)

Sicher kennt jeder von euch Tomate Mozarella... Ich habe das heute etwas anders geschlemmt😋
Wer Knobi und die orientalische Geschmacksrichtung liebt, für den ist das genau das Richtige.
Dazu schmecken auch wunderbar Pellkartoffeln oder Fladenbrot👌🏼 ♡Die Zutaten♡
- 2 Becher (jeweils 500g) fettarmer Joghurt - 1/2 TL Salz (nach 
Bedarf)
- 1 TL frisch gestoßenen oder 
gemahlenen Kreuzkümmel
- 1TL Ahornsirup
- 2 mittlere feingepresste

5 Ingredient Dinner 😋 Because simple, easy and delicious are a total win.

What you need:
1 large zucchini
1 cup mushrooms, cut in half
1 cup organic marinara sauce
6oz pasture-raised chicken
1.5 tsp olive oil
sea salt & pepper
⠀
What you do:
1 - Use a spiralizer to turn the zucchini into noodle like shapes
2 - Heat up the grill for the chicken
3 - Cover the chicken in olive oil spray & seasoning & place on the grill
4 - After about 9 minutes, flip the chicken over and grill for another 6-8 min. Set asside
5 - Coat 2 separate pans with olive oil spray to cook the zoodles & mushrooms. 
6 - Flash cook the zoodles with marinara sauce & cook the mushrooms with 1.5 tsp olive, sea salt & pepper until the mushrooms are soft.

Whilst I don’t eat gluten generally, I’m not going to say no when in Italy. My stomach may have to get used to a little bit of gluten and dairy over the next few weeks. I’m not intolerant per se, just doesn’t digest well for most people and makes me feel less energetic and vibrant. Dairy is essentially the worst thing for my skin. So I don’t tend to eat that.

CHIPOTLE FETA TURKEY BURGERS!!! 😙🍔🥑🦃🌶️ Mix into the ground turkey  sauteed : yellow onion , sweet peppers , banana peppers , garlic and spinach.  Then invite a can of chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce to the party and mix with the veggies. 
When done place them  in a bowl and put in freezer to stop the cooking process . 
While that's happening add 1-2 eggs along with panko and feta cheese to the ground turkey and mix well ( I usually add a little bbq sauce at this point too ) 
When veggies are cool add to the turkey mix . Make your patties and place back in freezer . This has made grilling them easier in my experience.
