‘Balance is not something you find it’s something you create’

In my line of work most people that come to see me are out of balance. I’m not meaning because they can’t stand on their head! When ones health isn’t great it means something in their life is unbalanced. There are so many elements to living a balanced life but the ones I work on most with clients are food and activity. 
I see people who restrict calories but excessively exercise, or people who overindulge and do no exercise. Both cases coming to me with health complaints or unhappy with your body composition. That’s where balance comes into it- a healthy diet but not so strict you cant enjoy your fav foods and enough exercise it’s benefiting your health not harming it. 
It’s amazing when people start to balance out their diet and lifestyle, how their health starts to change and their energy lifts. And the thing I love the most is seeing how much happier they are. No longer guilty for eating, or not exercising, happy with the way their bodies are and loving life!! Moderation is the key!! Are you to restrictive or excessive in an area of your life? How can you create a more balanced life? Choose one thing and work on it. 🙏

I whipped up this bowl of nourishing goodness in less then 15 minutes and oh boy it was gooood and exactly what I needed to refuel after cleaning the whole house this morning. 😌

P.s. Per i "puristi" che diranno che la sottiletta light fa male ecc , io penso che mangiata una volta ogni tre settimane fa nulla , è sempre l'eccesso che fa male ! 😉

Snacking on these types of foods is a major problem. If you think, "I'll just have a brew and a croissant to hold me over until lunch time", think again. Ingredienti:
- 15g fiocchi d’avena 🌾
- 2 cucchiaini di latte🥛 - 150g yogurt greco bianco senza lattosio 🥛
- 20g proteine in polvere cioccolato&nocciole @prozis 🍫
- 20g frutti di bosco 🍓
- 5g cioccolato fondente 85% 🍫

Procedimento:
1. Mettere in un coppapasta 15g di fiocchi d’avena frullati e compattare con 2 cucchiaini di latte/acqua 
2. Frullare 20g di frutti di bosco con 20g di yogurt greco 0% 
3. Frullare 130g di yogurt greco% con 20g di proteine in polvere al cioccolato 
4. Infine aggiungere 5g di cioccolato fondente tagliato a scaglie 
5. Lasciare in frigorifero per una notte
