Ich läute heute den Tag: „Mut zur Hässlichkeit“ ein😅. Anlässlich dieses☝🏻Etwas von Mugcake😂🙈. In meinem Kopf sah es anders aus... doch die Realität hat mich enttäuscht (siehe letztes Bild). Ist genau wie beim Online-Dating, auf gewissen Platzformen😂. Der ein oder andere von euch weiß wovon ich spreche🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️🤭😅.
Nichts desto trotz hat er vorzüglich geschmeckt, mein ZEBRA-MUGCAKE 🦓👌🏻.

🔹Nährwerte: 316 kcal🔹
🔸F 3g, KH 43g, P 31g🔸

🍌55g flüssiges Eiweiß
🍌1 Banane
🍌25g Dinkelmehl
🍌25g „Cookie&Cream“ Protein Pulver (alternativ Dinkelmehl o. anderes Whey)
🍌3g Backpulver
🍌3g Kakaopulver
🍌für Süße „Tasty Cookie“ Flavour Drops von @t3rm1nutrition ➡️Als erstes die Banane mit einer Gabel cremig zermatschen und mit den restlichen Zutaten, außer dem Kakaopulver, verrühren. Den Teig in zwei separate Schüsseln aufteilen. In einer das Kakaopulver unterrühren. Nun abwechselt in eine Tasse schichten und für 02:30 min. in die Mikrowelle (höchste Stufe), drehen lassen. Tipp: Zwischendurch die Mikrowellentür öffnen, damit euch das Teil keinen Abflug macht😅. Zum Schluss darf nach Belieben getoppt werden.😋✔️

(примерно на 10 штук, в зависимости от диаметра сковороды)Яйцо - 1 шт.;Подсластитель по вкусу;Соль по вкусу;Молоко - 400 мл;Мука кукурузная - 50 гр;Мука ц/з - 50 гр;Какао порошок - 1 ст.ложка;
Крахмал кукурузный 1 ст.л.
Для начинки:
Творог ~ 180 гр.;
Йогурт греческий - 2 ст.л.;
Подсластитель по вкусу.
Приготовление:
1.Все ингредиенты для блинчиков смешать в миске венчиком, я их даже блендером вжик. И оставить на 30 минут.
2. Выпекать на хорошо разогретой, сухой сковороде, я добавила кокосовое масло в тесто и на сковородку перед первым блином.
3. Соединяем творог с греческим йогуртом+подсластитель и блендером вжик=для образования нежной массы.

I've never made gazpacho before but I've decided I'm a fan! I used a combination of a recipe I found in a cooking magazine and my own personal tomato soup recipe then paired it with grilled chicken.  I will post the original gazpacho recipe in my stories, but below is how I made it to feed 3 👇🍅🍞🥒🍗🍲🥄

1:In a heated skillet, add 1/2cp oil, 1tsp coriander seeds, 1tsp cumin seeds, fresh pepper to taste. Brown for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Pour into blender with 2 tsps minced then smashed garlic and blend

2: thoroughly brown 2 halved tomatoes in the skillet's left over oil. While the tomatoes cook, soak 1/2cp garlic croutons in water, drain and squeeze out excess water.

3: add tomatoes, crouton mix, 1 can condensed tomato soup, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1tbs sherry vinegar, a dash of turmeric&cumin, s&p to blender and puree until smooth

4. Chill for 2 hours and top with cucumber, green onion and yellow bell pepper .

I love eating bigger, creative meals on the weekend since I run more errands and am not sitting at my desk all day. When it comes to hitting your calorie & macro goals, it doesn’t make a bigger difference if you’re eating a bunch of small meals or a few bigger ones. What matter most is that your hit your target goals.

Reminder for your calorie goals:
To lose weight = you need a calorie deficit
To gain muscle = you need a calorie surplus
To maintain = you should be at a caloric maintenance level
.
My current caloric goals are at 2100 for muscle gain!I did a calorie deficit for a while, so switching to a clean bulk mode currently.

Meal 2 - Giant Salad:
3 cups spinach, 1/2 cup red onion, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 2 large eggs, 1 cup potatoes, 4 tbsp Trader Joe’s eggplant hummus.

27g protein, 68g carbs, 17g fat.

Meal 3 - Turkey Tacos
3 lettuce leaves, 4oz regular ground turkey, 1/2 cup lentils, 1/2 cup corn, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, + 1/4 avocado.
Option to add salsa ;)
448 calories
34g protein, 37g carbs, 18g fat.

Chicken biryani with twisted recipe of mine.
Recipe:
Boil chicken pieces in water with garlic, salt, cinammon bark, black pepper whole, ginger, whole corriander and clove.
Now take a separate pan fry onion till it gets brown, add slices of tomatoes, green chillies chopped, ggpaste, yogurt, add chicken pieces, biryani masala, nutmeg, saffron, green cardamon, star anise flower, red chilli pepper, turmeric, cumin powder, salt to taste and mix thorpighly for 10mins. Add chopped green corriander and mint leaves.
Boil rice separately then layer it. Add biryani essence and food colour at the top of biryani. Tadaaa. Dum it and enjoy.
