❓WHAT IS A REFEED? The term refeed is rarely used when discussing someone who isn’t dieting or looking to lose fat. Most commonly a refeed is a 24 hour period in which calories are brought up to maintenance level or slightly higher, primarily by increasing your carbs. However as you get leaner and deeper into your diet, a multi-day refeed or more frequent refeed days may be more beneficial.

one of the coolest tools I own . trades workers come to watch when they hear I use it. those that  have heard sometimes say oh it scratches . well I've never had a call back and over 20 years ago my dad got offered a free unit to teach people how to use it and ive used it since a kid. where some people take a day or 2 to sand I take 4-5hrs. its 7:45 and I'm already done. hour to power sand 30 minutes to pole sand angles and make sure check offs as easy as possible then 2hrs to light check . work smarter not kill yourself . this setup is 1100 with vacuum but it's worth it .

today i slept in until 9:30 (love these phases in my life when i consider 9:30 to be “sleeping in” 😋), lazed around and watched netflix, and ended up biking along the potomac! it was beautiful despite the heat and my NASTY sweat. i really appreciate lowkey days like this in which i can relax and explore the city while being proactive! 🚴🏻‍♀️🏞 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••DELICIOUS DINNER DEETS 👉🏻 grilled halloumi 🧀 (i recently discovered this beautiful food this summer and am in LOVE), avocado 🥑, rice 🍚, greek yogurt as “dressing,” tomatoes 🍅, zucchini 🥒, brussels sprouts, spinach!! tomorrow morning i’m going to go visit the farmers market to get some locally grown vegetables 😊 it’s become part of my #sunday routines. i’m also trying to use up what’s left in my fridge in my last couple of weeks in #washingtondc •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
