Simple. That’s the best way to describe the meal plan for LIIFT4: simple. It gives you general instructions on what to eat throughout the day and recommends you stay within a 30/40/30 ratio of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. You decide when those meals occur and how you pair them up. .

A food list has been provided for the main macros and food groups you’ll focus on: vegetables, fruits, protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, seeds and dressings, and oils and nut butters. Yes, there are carbs in vegetables and fruits and healthy fats in proteins. These food lists are created by nutritionists who studied the underlying macro information SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO, and they’ve divided them accordingly. On top of that, they’ve listed the most beneficial foods in each category at the top of each list. .

If you want to utilize timed nutrition, you can. If you want to incorporate some of the 2B Mindset principles, you can. Joel, the creator of the program, cautions against Intermittent Fasting, but other than that, he’s leaving the big decisions up to you! .

For some people, this freedom is awesome. For others, it might be inducing a bit of panic. There are folks who do better and are more successful when they’re told exactly what to eat and when. That’s okay. That’s what we coaches are for! I’ve created a meal plan for week 1, and will continue to do so for the program. Since I’m pregnant, I’m eating in Plan C, but these meals can easily be modified for each bracket. .

Instead I'm gonna love myself and say go girl look at those marching band calves you still got from high school. 💪 look at all that weight you've lost since then! Because at the end of the day my only competition is my dang self 💯👏

This TRX challenge was inspired by the lovely Krishma aka @fushiontheory_ Her page is filled with all kinds of fun functional fitness.  SWIPE LEFT to see her version. Krishma is sweet, sassy, and I love that her posts always include some daily wisdom. Check out her page and show her some love!!! ❤️

Start w/ R leg in the straps:
Round 1: Start with ONE of each move, then repeat w/ L leg.
Round 2: TWO of each move, repeat L leg. Round 3: THREE of each move... Go for as many rounds as you can! Just increase the reps by one, each round.
1️⃣Pike Hold
2️⃣Push-up pike
3️⃣SGDL to OH press
4️⃣Same as above but add plank side/cross knee
5️⃣Sgl leg hops
6️⃣Low plank hold 15 seconds

These moves are not easy and this video is sped up to fit in one minute. Go SLOW. You can MODIFY by doing the same thing without the BOSU! .

During this period, nutrition and health were dead last in priority.
Bad eating habits, toxic lifestyle, very very little sleep, an abundance of alcohol, and no care for my mental state.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I really didn’t care about my health and was only digging myself a deeper grave, and truly felt like I was so far gone with no actual vision of getting better.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then I met @vitruvian_physiq
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Day in and day out we focused on bettering my overall health, which then translated to bettering numerous amounts of things that needed care. 
Improving digestion, insulin sensitivity, mood, sleep, better skin tone, more energy, strengthening my immune system, and the list goes on and on.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yeah I could mention the obvious, which is the physical part, but to me, I really wanted to improve from the inside and let it translate out, and coach did just that and more!

Originally I linked with Tyler in order to get into bodybuilding, with hopes of some day stepping on stage.

Here we are YEARS later, and I STILL haven’t stepped on stage and that’s perfectly fine with me! 😂🤷🏽‍♂️ Together, we have created great healthy habits, and a lifestyle that is truly for me!

Improving digestion, insulin sensitivity, mood, sleep, better skin tone, more energy, strengthening my immune system, and the list goes on and on. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Yeah I could mention the obvious, which is the physical part, but to me, I really wanted to improve from the inside and let it translate out, and coach did just that and more! Originally I linked with Tyler in order to get into bodybuilding, with hopes of some day stepping on stage. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here we are YEARS later, and I STILL haven’t stepped on stage and that’s perfectly fine with me! 😂🤷🏽‍♂️ Together, we have created great healthy habits, and a lifestyle that is truly for me! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Second picture (June 2018) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And after years of working with Tyler, I am now in the state I’ve always dreamed of being in.
