Not quite where I wanted to be today (doesn’t help I haven’t ran once in 3 months 🤦♀️) but aimed for a sub 55 and got 54, which means I shaved 6 mins off last year’s run and also bet my 10k PB by one minute 🙌
So goddamn proud of my man @kmul72 who’s been training his little butt off and came in 26th overall with a 35.14 PB, big things to come for you my man 👏
Also so proud of my gals @turning_a_new_paige & @acourto for also running PBs today and @sarahjayne.latham for supporting us from the sidelines, can’t wait for you to join us next year 😘

Achieving greatness in your life is going to require that you take risks... no one made it huge by playing it small or by being comfortable. They made it huge by consistently getting out of their comfort zone and following their intuition. They didn't listen to the naysayers or the 'realist'... they trusted in themselves and in their vision. Be like this. You only live one life, DO NOT waste it by not going after your vision and sticking to what's comfortable!
I have a confession to make... I have never (ever) consistently trained my abs. 🚫 I'm wrecked by the end of my workouts so I don't train them at the end 🚫 I'm breathless between working sets so i dont super set any core exercises with my main ones. 🚫 I'm too lazy to devote an entire day to training my abs.
One massive problem most guys face when getting results in the gym is 'over-complicating' their workouts.
A rule I live by is 'Less is More'. Choosing exercises that will give you the biggest bang for your time is key to rapidly changing your body shape and you'll be suprised how hard your abs are actually working when you perform a handful of compound exercises properly.

if you know our story, you would know that 2 years ago life was very different. Ray was fighting a drug addiction, we were broke, broken & pregnant with our 4th child. No cute couple photos would have been taken at that time of our lives

The key to a happy life may or may not be hitting the gym or exercising with your loved one, but it surely does work for us, especially the post workout selfie where your husband likes to go cross eyed🙈 so I guess we must be doing something right 😘
