So never use to like snatching and lets be honest it's because i couldn't snatch lol.
But i reckon it's been nearly a year of just practicing every little bit and now it probably my favorite lift. I still have so much to improve on but actually enjoying the process.

Carrot cake oats🥕(you can also make as overnight oats!)
Into a pan👉🏼 50g oats, cinnamon, 10g honey🍯, a grated carrot, 300ml almond milk🍶20g raisins🍇
Leave to thicken & stir in 25g vanilla whey (I used @optimumnutrition 👌🏼)
Top with more honey, cinnamon & blackberries😍

Today I let my thoughts be pretty crappy to myself
As much work as I do on loving myself, I'm still not perfect
At the gym today, I just kept telling myself how crappy I am
"Why is there more fat on my stomach than in my boobs? My arms are too strong. I just want to be small like her."
I still think those things and I weigh less than I did when I was 15. I haven't eaten off plan in 4 weeks. I spend 2-3 hours at the gym 6 days a week. -
I'm doing everything right. I'm super healthy and my body feels amazing.
But I'm still falling back on my thoughts I've always had. My brain likes those thoughts. I've thought them my whole life. They feel productive, like if I didn't think them, I'd just eat McDonald's and ice cream every day
But in reality, those are the exact thoughts that will keep me from my goal. -
I can't stress enough how important it is for us to change our beliefs about ourselves. We can change our body all we want, but the thoughts stay until we change them on purpose.
