Its hard to separate fact from fiction or to know what's fake or real life.

According to a recent study this actually NOT the case, most of these "influencers" are only concerned with the looking good & the pouting for the camera, rather than focusing on BEING healthy or even eating healthy, sadly these are the type of mixed messages are all over social media, TV & glossy magazines.
Is this type of influence partly to blame for the rise in depression, body distortion, unrealistic dieting expectations & self loathing, does it have an impact on obesity?
Be mindful of who fills your social feeds, think about how they make you feel?
And don't forget that by making positive choices like cooking healthy meals, being active & making time to unwind is always the best way to feel good & look good. 💖

I go to coffee shops a lot now to work and I gave my mom a sip of the coffee I was drinking today. She said, “this coffee tastes terrible. Why don’t you just bring your own coffee to the coffee shop?” 🤔😂😭 I guess???? I’m literally paying $3 for WiFi, a/c, table to work on, and a chair.

These are a few glute focused compound exercises I managed to put together with 40 mins to spare at the gym, hope this helps! 🤗
1. Step in jump squats: This exercise can be done before lower body sesh as a warmup, I like to incorporate these in between my hip thrust sets, keeps my glutes on fiya 🔥
2. Hip thrusts: These are going to be, if they’re not yet, your 🍑🍑 best friend. 3-4 sets with 10-20 reps each. Tip: Point your knees outward
3. Single legged leg press: really enjoy this workout if wanting to focus on each leg/glute individually. 2-4 sets for each leg, 10-15 reps each. Tip: sit on one side with each leg
4. Leg press: usually hit this workout when I’m going low volume on squats or not squatting at all, I do about 1-4 sets with 10-25 reps. Tip: lift your toes to target work your hammies
