Can I take these views and pack them up on my flight home tonight ✈️. I am literally dragging myself on the plane after climbing the Manitou Incline. Wird Zeit das Training wieder motivierter und zielbewusster anzugehen. Ich merke richtig wie der fehlende Ausgleich durchs Training meine Stimmung runterzieht. Aber momentan befinde ich mich in einem richtigen Loch. Ich weiß, dass es mir besser gehen würde, wenn ich mich einfach nur ins Auto setze und ein paar Gewichte bewege. Und trotzdem hab ich jeden Abend dieses hin und her, ob ich fahren soll oder nicht. Mache mich dann zum Teil fertig, währenddessen verlässt mich die Motivation und liege wieder im Bett. Dann steh ich wieder auf und mach weiter, aber letztendlich fahre ich dann doch nicht. Es ist logisch nicht zu erklären, warum ichs einfach nicht schaffe, aber irgendwann muss das Tief ein Ende haben. Heute hab ichs mir auf jeden Fall wieder vorgenommen ins Studio zu fahren und bestmöglich dann direkt die Tage danach auch, sonst bleibts bei nur einem Mal 🙄
Ich bin jedenfalls mal ehrlich zu euch und sage, dass es eben absolut nicht läuft momentan.
Umso besser, dass @meiketosi gestern ein Motivationspost rausgehauen hat 🙏🏼 (Werbung)

Can we talk about PASSION for a second? I think there’s a misconception that passion implies you love everything you do, everyday. But the reality is, there WILL be aspects that you don’t enjoy, & might even hate doing. Like waking up at 6am to do cardio, but you do it anyway because you love caring for your body.
So if you’re not feeling it some days, please realize that this is normal. It doesn’t mean you’re not passionate. It’s impossible to be 100% passionate about everything all the time. 
But passion, in its truest sense, is practical. It’s the fundamental driver that makes all the sweat, pain, tireless hours, & hard stuff worth it. Passion is the key to sustaining anything long-term.

Nell’immaginario collettivo, quando si parla di elettrostimolazione muscolare, vengono subito in mente i bicipiti e gli addominali scolpiti di sedicenti body builder e/o modelle di turno di tante pubblicità televisive. I loro muscoli pulsavano e si contraevano a ritmo di musica ed in tanti sognavano di raggiungere in breve tempo e senza sforzo, corpi tonici e scolpiti.

Beh, non è proprio così... l'elettrostimolazione non può sostituire l'attività fisica, ma è efficace all'interno di programmi di allenamento specifici.

Durante il periodo estivo, allenandomi solo 3 volte a settimana (solitamente mi alleno 5 volte a settimana), inserisco alcune sedute di elettrostimolazione personalizzate.

Nei prossimi post vi spiegherò in cosa consiste l'elettrostimolazione, sul perché ho scelto @compex_ita  e come posizionare gli elettrodi. Curiosi di scoprirne tutti i segreti?

👉🏻Jajka roztrzepujemy widelcem, doprawiamy solą, pieprzem oraz czosnkiem niedźwiedzim.
👉🏻Wylewamy na rozgrzaną patelnię skropioną odrobiną oliwy, smażymy na średnim ogniu i czekamy, aż zetnie się spód.
👉🏻Posypujemy omleta pokrojoną w drobną kostkę papryką oraz kawałkami koziego sera i posiekaną bazylią.
👉🏻Składamy na pół, jeszcze chwilę podsmażamy i przekładamy na talerz, dekorując świeżą bazylią.

301am I was born this last couple of weeks I feel like I am Reborn, Recharged and flown in from a country of war sadness and pain. Yes I do smile and live through the day to day thing called Life.

I had it all everything the luxury life the money the cars everything. Now I am restarting from the bottom and if that shovel is rusted i will turn it gold for the venture I'm about to go on. 
I will dig and dig even if I come up with nothing but ash and bones, I am rebuilding and i am confident the past will never come back. I have learnt to except all the wrong and all the fun and memorable memories.

Con frío, lluvia y feriado se entrena igual?? Obvio que si!!
Les juro que hoy me costó empezar más que otros días, pero les voy a decir algo que mi querida @saschafitness suele decir:
Si tenés un objetivo planteado, nunca jamás te rijas por tu motivación. Por qué? Porque uno no siempre está motivado. Uno tiene tantos días malos como tiene días buenos. Y existen estos casos, en los cuales no tenés ganas, o hace mucho frío, o preferirias hacer otra cosa... y si fuese solo por la motivación, no llegaríamos a ninguna parte. La disciplina es aquello que nos mantiene firmes y enfocados en nuestra meta, lo que nos guía hacia ella, los que nos da esas fuerzas que quizá andamos necesitando.
Además no les cuento la satisfacción que siento cuando me doy cuenta de que lo hice y di lo mejor de mi a pesar de no haber tenido ganas!!!
(Ojo, estamos hablando de las ganas y no del dolor/cansancio. Eso ya es otra cosa y siempre hay que escuchar a nuestro cuerpo ❤️)

As I’ve said, I was very nervous to start school again. Partially because I was scared I’d feel out of place and partially because I was scared I wouldn’t be good enough. I felt that maybe I’d been out of school too long and that I wouldn’t be smart enough, or be able to adapt to an academic routine.

But, I realized something today being on campus. I FUCKING LOVE MY SCHOOL AND MY MAJOR!!! I am the kind of person who gets their mind set to something and attacks it full force and I realized that THIS IS FOR ME!

I am capable because I am passionate. I love where I am and what I am doing so, I’m going to be successful.

My family (my mans included) are the most loving and supportive people to walk this earth and I know that with them all by my side I WILL get through this and I WILL get my degree!

I’m feeling very excited and driven after finishing up my first day! I have seemingly fun, smart, organized, and helpful professors and my classes this semester are AWESOME!

Just had to share with y’all how excited I am to be taking my first steps towards reaching my career and life goals!

Hands up if you love toned arms 🙌🏼 One thing I have loved and learnt through this pregnancy to to get even more creative with my workouts. As now I’m at a stage where my body doesn’t agree with running and high levels of resistance or impact and it needs way more rest.
I still love that feeling though of sweating it out and raising my heart rate slightly and want to create workouts that I enjoy that are safe for me and buba!

This is one IG have recently added to my weekly schedule and am loving! Not only does it tone your arms it burns your legs too with the incline.

Fast walk
- 1min no weights incline walk
- 45sec weighted exercises & incline walk
-lower incline to flat with the 15sec break - fast walk flat with weights in hand for 1min

My new "friend" for the next 8 weeks... Have to keep the lungs clear so that pneumonia doesn't set in after surgery. 
My Oncologist sent me home with a bag of goodies today, this being the most important one. Surgery is 2 weeks away, and anxiety is setting in. My emotions are a little crazy but no matter what, I've got my "big girl pants" on and I'm ready to face this hump in the path.

I am strong! I have faith! I believe God will bring me through this. I am human, I am weak, but I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. ❤

You can spend so long working towards the future you forget to embrace the present. Looking in the mirror and wanting more, heading to the gym and lifting more.  The thing with ‘more’  is it can sometimes stop you appreciating what you’ve got right now. 😲
