Breakfast 🥞 with a view 😍😍😍 So thankful my dad and LeighAnn are willing to share their beautiful lake home and let me stay here for several days at a time 🙏🏻 I kinda feel like a kid again- my dad even asked me to make my bed while I was here 😂😂
I love posting happy things on here but tonight I need a pregnancy rant...I hope you don’t mind!! Would you like to know something that upsets me . People constantly using horror stories or saying things to try and put me off! Telling me it’s going to be the hardest day of my life and that I’ll never want to do it again. Now I understand it’s going to be tough . I know I have a lot of pain coming up and that it’s no walk in the park but surely I have every right to see if for myself and every right to enjoy this pregnancy without worrying more by what people are saying? It’s so lovely when people come up to you and say “ it’s really not as bad as everyone makes out or just do what your body tells you”. Or something nice and positive like that. I had a lovely chat with a stranger in a shop the other day who had got a 4 weeks old and she said the same thing to just enjoy it and do what I need to do not what everyone else says.
We are all different I don’t know how I’m going to cope or how I’m going to feel and neither does anyone else! . But let’s just say I can’t wait to find out for myself! I’m sorry for the rant but I needed to get that out!! Anyone else with me on this!?? #firsttimemomtobe#duethismonth#firsttimemom#pregnancy#pregnant#octoberbaby#firsttimeparents#babybump#momtobeblog#blogger#pregancyblogger#pregnancydiary#babygirl#newfamily#dayinthelife#yourday#labour#havingababy#pregnancyrant#rant
I was trying on my beautiful bridesmaid dress for my brother and sister in law's wedding that's this Friday and I noticed a little pooch that I have never noticed before 😂
Nice thing about full length mirrors and tight dresses is they point out all of those tiny imperfections 😉
I may have lost the baby weight, but by no means did everything go back exactly where it was before 😜
But you know what? It won't usually. And that's okay!
I have done so many healthy things for my mind, body and spirit since having Edison. And all of that self care only makes me a better human and a better mom 💖
Moms: let's work and eat well in a healthy way because we LOVE our post-partum bodies, not because we expect to have no evidence of having a baby afterwards. It feels so much better not to expect PERFECTION, but instead strive for IMPROVEMENT, do you feel me?
And I want you to know momma, that whether you had a baby 7 months ago like me or 7 years ago, you are doing an amazing job, and you are beautiful 🤗💖
Time with your tribe is KEY. 🙌
We spent the day catching up, cracking up, and crafting brand spankin' new course content to help those new mamas in the thick of the postpartum fog. Had a ball and are so psyched to sprinkle it with our finishing touches for our next group of students.
What do you wish you had known when you were IN THE THICK of it? .

Sometimes I miss college and learning and taking exams 😳
I know that sounds odd maybe to some people, but it’s true! I miss learning more about things I’m PASSIONATE about ❤️ Lifelong learning is a whole lot of fun
And I LOVE food 😍
But I also like feeling good in my own skin and being healthy 😏
I’m so happy to have the opportunity to get certified in a nutrition learning system from the comfort of my own home 🏡
This program is taught by a registered dietician and nutritionist who lost over 100 pounds herself and helps others do the same without dieting and eliminating food groups 🙏🏻 It’s all about having a more positive mindset about food, eating, and the scale so you can reach your goals and have sustained weight loss
Today I’m learning more about the science behind food and of course, the emotional aspects to why we eat not just for me, but to help the ladies I serve reach their goals too ☺️ If you want to learn more about this awesome nutritional learning system, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! 🤗
Happy October!!! 🍁🍂 🎃
One of my favorite months of the year! The leaves are changing colors 🍂 pumpkin 🎃 spice is back, it’s cooler outside, Halloween 👻 happens, apples 🍎 are at their best, you can cozy up inside with a blanket and candles, the list goes on!
And this year, my brother Jeremy and soon to be sister are getting married!!! 👰🏼🎉❤️ I couldn’t be more excited for all that this month has in store! 🎉
If you are still hoping to get in on one of my fun, girl tribe accountability groups, Fall Fitness Bootcamp is just getting underway today and there’s still room for you girl if you want to get into a healthy routine for fall! 👭👭👭
Healthy food doesn’t have to be expensive 💁🏼♀️ I got all of these colorful veggies from the farmers market for under $15 this week! 👩🌾 Those colorful veggies you see cut up are a variety of different radishes (also some shown uncut) I didn’t think I liked radishes until I baked them: totally different, sweeter flavor! 😍
The ice cream pail is full of a big head of cabbage I got for just $2.50! I’m going to use it as a base instead of noodles 🍝 or potatoes this week
If you are on a budget and want to eat more veggies, head to your local farmers market if you have one ☝️ If you don’t, veggies like cabbage keep for a long time and they are inexpensive and versatile
65 pounds 😳
That’s what I gained in my pregnancy 🤰🏼 with Edison
I did not plan on gaining that much weight 😏
My doctor didn’t seem to be worried as I was working out and well, TRYING to eat healthy. I may have had a bit more pizza 🍕 Mac and cheese 🧀 and dessert 🍨 than usual
I honestly didn’t think I would be able to lose the weight I gained 😞
I have always LOVED working out, but was concerned about time to do so once I became a mom. And plus, I like really love food and was really enjoying all the post baby casseroles 🥘 and desserts we were getting from people 😬
Then, a nutrition learning system came out in May just when I needed something to help me lose the weight. It’s all about changing your MINDSET about food so you can lose weight without dieting, cutting out food groups, limiting portions, etc. because for me and many others I have talked to, that ish just doesn’t work in the long run 😏
I love the positive little switches I have with food: like a “sexy salad,” 🥗 “treats” instead of “cheats,” “veggies most,” “more water, more weight loss”
I paired this nutrition with a workout that’s just four days a week, around 30 minutes on workout days and THREE rest days......goodbye baby weight! 🙌🏻❤️ And the best part is, I didn’t have to sacrifice time with my son: he’s there watching me at home workout, sometimes joining in! 👶🏼 I didn’t have to avoid parties, going out to eat, family functions, or prep food for hours: I live my life and still am able to be in control of my food choices 🙏🏻 And I’m so dang grateful for my girl squad of other ladies to check in with on the daily and keep me accountable. The community is the secret sauce to success 👭👭👭 I always want to pay it forward and help more ladies and mommas too so I’m opening up a new group starting Monday, October 1st!! 🎉🎉 Fall is a perfect time to get into a good routine. Why not start with something that’s manageable and FUN! 🎃
Comment below with your favorite fall emoji or send me a message! Groups kicks off Monday! ❤️
Why do I choose to get up early before my office job to fit in time for my part time online health and fitness coaching gig?
It's not because I have to
I'm the CEO of my business so I make the calls of when I work and how much- no one is telling me I HAVE to do anything. Which is incredible freedom!
It's not for the income.
Although the extra income is wonderful, the early morning optional wake up calls wouldn't be worth it for me if it was just for the money
I do it for the old Andrea who I still know is out there in other women
The girl who was newly married, happy in love, and unhappy in her body and feeling like she wasn't doing enough with her life. Like she wasn't enough
That is the worst feeling, am I right ladies?
Like she had so much more potential in her, but she didn't know what that was
To that girl that's unsure of what kind of person she could be and the impact she could leave on the world
I do it for that girl
The one who seems to have life all planned out and going smoothly in everyone else's eyes, but is feeling unfulfilled
The challenge groups I run through coaching has helped me lose originally 30 pounds, and then 65 after pregnancy, it's introduced me to some of the best girlfriends of my life, taken me on free travel adventures I never would have been able to afford otherwise, helped me have a happier marriage and gave me the confidence and self esteem to become a MOM, helped me help other women lose weight, gain confidence, gain muscle, reach their personal goals, and so much more.
So no I don't do it for the money
I do it for my holistic health and well being and I do it to share this gift with others. Because it is a gift.
And I know there is another Andrea out there feeling lost, even though it may look like she has it all together on the outside. I got you girl, I'm only one message away <3
🤰🏾Baby Onboard Update! For those of you I don't see very much, but want to know how I am and reach out with wonderful messages, I am doing A'okay 🤗. The road to motherhood can be a beautiful experience and it can be trying (jus sayin'); learning more about yourself, balancing the mental, emotional and let's be honest physical changes and let us not forget the career workload and top that off with being a nonprofit founder...coupled with a still rather new marriage, etc etc. Yet, with all great things worth fighting for and those that you love comes with it the work that is required to reach that point of joy and bliss. I've had beautiful days where I'm full of energy and talking to my belly like a silly person and days where...well let's just say other days. 😅I'm beyond lucky & grateful for my partner in crime, MVH (h=husband), MVP and love @morgan_ized for cruising on this ship with me with patience, love, care and a mean chef game in the kitchen 😉🍽 all of which have made the journey to motherhood as smooth as it can be at this point in our lives. To all the #momtobe (s) out there, stay strong and healthy. A bundle of love is on its way. And to anyone that's just simply pursuing the the next phase of their evolution of life, go without hesitation, act NOW and embrace the process. If you fall, fall forward. It's all a part of the #journey
Thank you to my sis-in-law @cejuanna_morgan for adding time back to my day with the two strand twists! Every second matters these days 🤣

I’m usually a happy, positive person. But I also admit when life is hard and I’m having a rough time 😥
Putting down our dog this weekend was harder than I could have ever imagined
Every time I glance in the entryway, leave the house, or come home 🏡 it all comes rushing back to me that he will never be there again. And I just don’t know how to accept that right now
I know that it’s normal to feel grief over the loss of a pet. I just didn’t expect the gushing tears and sobs 😭
I’m so grateful for the time we had with Cooper. He taught me so much about being loyal to the ones you love and loving unconditionally ❤️ I didn’t feel like working out today but I knew it would help my mood, and it did ☺️ So does this beautiful, smiley baby boy, even when mom is an emotional mess 👶🏼❤️ Not everyday will be joyous all day: but there are joyous moments in each day
Today was wonderful ☺️❤️ We slept in til 8am 😴
Dad was home all day as was Edison and mom 👪
Mom got to clean and organize the house 🏡 and baked some homemade healthy apple 🍎 muffins
We went to grandmas for supper and to visit 👵🏼 Edison was a happy baby all day long
I seriously love this baby boy a little more each day ❤️ Thanks Rachel Gregor for the adorable outfit!
“How have you not gotten sick yet??!” My hubby asked me this morning as the poor guy was up most of the night with a cold/cough 🤧
Edison has also been sick since Saturday. I probably shouldn’t be kissing him as much as I continue to 👶🏼❤️❤️ My answer was the superfood meal I’ve been consuming once a day for the past two and a half years 🍊🍌🍓🍈🥝🥥🍍🌶🥑🥒🍅🍆 It’s chock full of vitamins and nutrients that help my body ward off things like the common cold
Before consuming it on the daily, I’d get 2-3 colds a year and the flu once a year. No fun. And I am the crabbiest sick patient 🦀😂 So when people tell me, “I don’t do the shake thing,” I want to know, do you like doing the sick thing? Because if not, I can attest that this helps a TON to avoid some of those times
Sometimes being sick is unavoidable. I was especially sucesptible with a weakened immune system while pregnant 🤰🏼 and let’s face it: some days I had all the carbs instead of the superfoods so that didn’t help 😏
Oh and here my “shake” is today disguised in overnight oats! I actually rarely have it as a shake because I prefer it in the many other ways you can have it 💁🏼♀️ I guess I don’t really do the “shake” thing either: but I also don’t do the sick thing as much thanks to this nutrient dense superfood meal either, and I’m down with that ❤️
The scale went up 5 and a half pounds in one day from Saturdays eats and treats! 😮
The old Andrea would punish herself with intense workouts, and eat little, or still eat junk because hey, I can start over Monday 😏
The new Andrea says, "It's just a number. I'll lose it. And I'm going to treat my body and me well in the meantime." 🙏🏻❤️ So I started with a healthy, filling breakfast on Sunday 🌞
Then I did a not very intense, FUN dancing workout, just for the mental and emotional boost 💃
Then I had a healthy, filling lunch 🥙
Then I had fun prepping veggies with Edison to set myself up for a successful week 🍆🥦🥒🥕 Took a long, much deserved nap with him 😴
And finished the night with a healthy, filling supper 🍗🥗 And today the scale is down 3 of those pounds 🙌🏻 I say this so that you know that I'm not perfect, and I still make mistakes on my health and fitness journey. I still have too many treats and drinks some weekends. 🍻
But I am learning how to get back on track without having to starve myself or do crazy, intense long workouts or make myself feel bad
I want to be a good example for Edison and that means respecting my body and treating myself the way I would want him to treat himself 👩👦 Love yourself at every step of the way: it makes the whole journey that much more enjoyable <3
Yesterday was SUCH a good day! 😍
And the funny thing is, there was nothing really extraordinary about yesterday. But I just really ENJOYED the little moments. 🍁Like waking up with Edison and seeing his big smile when he sees me in the morning
🍁Like working out and with him giggling and squealing when I did the HIIT moves
🍁Like having a good meeting at my office job where I felt that I was confident, assertive and inteligent
🍁Like enjoying all of the colors of the beautiful vegetables at the farmer's market 🍁Like the pure job I feel everyday when I pick up Edison from daycare and he just smiles at me
🍁Like taking him through Willie's and seeing his eyes light up, mesmerized by all of the things
🍁Like him falling asleep so contentedly while I breastfeed him
🍁Like Brandon walking in the house at 5 p.m. and being able to have family time for the first time in what feels like forever
🍁Like Brandon getting so excited when Edison rolls over
🍁Like me preparing a beautiful, healthy dinner of all locally grown ingredients of baked pork chops, carrots and apples
🍁Like us all sitting at the table, a family of three, enjoying our supper
🍁Like figuring out the baby food maker and watching Edison enjoy eating broccoli for the first time
🍁Like the pure joy I find in my warm fall decor in my home
🍁Like getting to go for a drink with a good friend and hear about how excited she is to become a parent in a couple short months
🍁Like laughing and being scared out of our witts at the same time during the movie we saw at the theatre
🍁Like going to bed feeling like I am so dang grateful and thankful for this life
Not all parts of my day were perfect. Of course, who's is? 💁🏼♀️ But what you look for, is what you will find.👏🏻 If you always look for the negative in life, that's what your life will be
But if you look for those little pockets of joy and happiness in the everyday, that's what your life can be too 🙏🏻❤️ I hope you find little moments of joy today in your Friday
Thanks for helping me find these moments of joy Hannah Grimley! If you haven't read her book, it's definitely worth your time "Pushing into Joy." with Brandon Koehntop
So we went to another scan yesterday to find out if our little girly has turned around. Turned out she has. YAY just what we like to hear! She also decided to turn and look at us again and it looks like she has my nose 👃 poor baby 😂Midwifes said she is a little bit on the small side for what they would like but she still has time to grow. At 34 weeks pregnant she weighing in at 4lb 3. Little dot . We have another scan in just 2/3 weeks. Not long till we meet her now either eeeeeek. 🤰🏼🍼🤱 #firsttimemomtobe#duenextmonth#pregnant#babygirl#babyscan#34weekspregnant#octoberbaby#tinybaby
Love team call nights! ❤️ Every Wednesday, we learn from a coach on the team about a topic related to life, business and or coaching
Tonight we learned all about mastering our mindset to achieve our goals and live our dream life 😍
So many good takeaways 🙏🏻 And it’s also acceptable to have a drink 🍷while on the call. Babies 👶🏼 and kids are welcome too! Oh and we have dance parties before they start 💃
That’s a kind of work call I can get behind 🙅🏼♀️
Sometimes my workout doesn’t go as planned 💁🏼♀️ Sometimes my day doesn’t go as planned
But you know what? I’m totally okay with that now. And actually? I kind of LIKE it 😳
I waited to be a mother so long so that I could be okay with that fact 💁🏼♀️ Because honestly I love my freedom ❤️ I love being able to be on my schedule. I know that sounds selfish and it is.
I also can say that’s why the first week of being a mom was one of the hardest of my life
I felt like my old life had died never to come back again 😞my house 🏡 looked different. My cats 🐈 looked different. I definitely looked different 🤷♀️ But then I realized: my old life was gone in a way. It wasn’t on my time and my schedule but a baby’s schedule and time.
But my life was also SO much sweeter and loving with that baby 👶🏼 And I love how much having Edison has taught me about patience, unconditional love, being silly and just enjoying the little moments, and the ability to change my plans based on how he’s doing
We don’t go out after 6pm because he’s tired and wants to be home settling in for bed 🛏 but that’s okay! That just means we get that many more moments together in our beautiful home 🏡 with a roof over our head and don’t spend as much money going out to eat and at the bar
I don’t always get to see friends later in the evening, but that’s another hour I get with Edison ❤️ And sometimes, my workout gets interrupted by him wanting attention. And then I just modify what I’m doing so that he can join me and have fun too 👶🏼 I’m so thankful and grateful we have Edison. I can’t imagine life without him. And the fact that he’s only 6 months old and teaching me so many life lessons astounds me ❤️ I’m so happy I waited to be a mom until I was ready: because I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful baby than our sweet Edison created at the exact right time 👪
So before I got pregnant I was working in holiday parks . Singing . Dancing , doing bingo and children’s day time activities and presenting . It was only until I reached about 5 months pregnant I had to stop due to my blood pressure keep going sky high as soon as I would do anything energetic. I’ve been thinking about what I want to go back into when I’m off “maternity leave” and to me singing is all I’ve ever wanted to do. I can’t help but sing and I wonder if our little girl is going to grow up to be a singer or a dancer if she happens to follow in mine or her dads footsteps. We are a very musically influenced pair. This clip here was new year last year before I was pregnant and before I got out of breath easy!! I can’t wait to hopefully get back to doing this again!! What’s always been your dreams job?
Nutrition for me has always been the hardest thing to figure out 🤔
What to eat 🤷♀️ How much to eat 🤷♀️ When to eat 🤷♀️ Then I started following a simple nutrition learning system taught by a registered dietician and nutritionist who lost over 100 pounds herself and helps other people do the same without dieting. It’s all about changing your MINDSET around food so you naturally make better choices 🥗
I lost the rest of the 25 pounds of baby weight 👶🏼thanks to this program and I still get to eat and enjoy the things I love
I do have more water 💦
I do have more veggies 🌶🥕🥦🥒 I usually don’t snack on junk after supper like I used to 💁🏼♀️ It doesn’t always take a big change to make a big change, ya feel me?
I’m a breastfeeding 🤱 mom: dieting is not for me. And that ish is HARD!
Heres all the food I had today! And I still plan on the scale bring down tomorrow 🎉
Ladies: you can reach your weight loss goals without starving yourself and spending hours working out. Comment below or message me for the deets! ❤️
Results from the 8 weeks of like my favorite workout program ever! 💪🏻 Lost 7.8 pounds and 2 inches overall! I lost less inches this time because although I lost weight, I think I gained muscle. And that’s A okay with me! 🙌🏻😁 I loved this schedule and workout so much, I’m starting all over again with day 1 tomorrow! 🎉
I’ll be starting with heavier weights though this time which is fun 💪🏻 And I still have space for a few more ladies to join me!! 👭👭👭we are going to workout just four days a week with three rest days and 30-40 minutes on workout days!! If you feel like you don’t have time to commit to 6-7 days a week of long workouts, this schedule will be perfect for you! Oh and you totally can do it from the comfort of your own home too 🏡And I don’t know about you, but I love starting a new healthy schedule in the fall 🍁🍂 Comment below with your favorite emoji or message me if you want to get in on this program TOMORROW with us!! ❤️
Sunday scaries is extra real today as I get back to work tomorrow, after being on maternity leave for 3 months. I remember when I was planning it, thinking that twelve weeks would be more than enough. And now I feel like she was in my belly just yesterday. How does time fly so fast?
Pregnant life - the last stages.
I can’t even begin to tell you how fitting this statement is right now!! Here’s why
Tiredness: I know I have so much more tiredness to come when L is here but right now in these last stages of pregnancy it’s the most tired I have ever felt. Not sleeping due to restless legs and in pain when I turn over getting up for a wee every hour and then trying to nap in the day but my body can’t decide if it wants sleep or food...which brings me on to the next point.
Hunger: This is a constant battle of trying to find my self something to eat which is suitable to for my gestational diabetes but that will fill me up...however..It doesn’t matter how hungry I am 2 bites of my food and I’m full ...untill half and hour later when I’m scratching at the fridge again!! As for finding something to wear I’m not so much struggling with this one it’s just finding something that I’m happy wearing without feeling like a beach whale!! Ha
So as you can probably tell after my lovely rant I can’t wait for this piglet chunk to be out! Not long now only 7 weeks to go.
How are you all feeling?? Anyway I’m off for a nap in the food cupboards 🙈😂 #firsttimemomtobe#duenextmonth#babygirl#pregnant#pregnancy#pregnant_world#pregnancylife#pregnancylife#gestationaldiabetes#momtobe2018#pregnancystruggles#3rdtrimester#33weekspregnant
Edison and I can’t believe how crazy the last workout of my 8 week program was today 😱
I’m sweating just a little 😂
But it’s DONE ✅!!! I lost 7.8 pounds in the eight weeks and gained a whole lot of muscle and strength! 💪🏻 And I loved it so much, I’m opening up round 2 on Monday! 🎉🎊 Fall is a perfect time to get into a new routine 🍁If you want to workout just 4 days a week in the comfort of your own home 🏡 on your timeline, let’s chat! 👭👭
So today as your little munchkins go off to school and nursery our little munchkin is turning 33 weeks grown!! Which means 7 weeks left until our due date!! Not long till we meet you piglet chunk . So what are my symptoms at 33 weeks. I’ve had a couple of cravings back this week mainly naughty food!! I’ve also had a bit of nausea but I think that’s down to always feeling hungry. I seem to be struggling a lot rolling over in bed too not that I have a big bump just the fact that everywhere I want to lie she seems to be lay on that exact side . Getting up for the toilet seems to be happening a lot again too!! Can’t wait for her to be here now!! Me and daddy Walsh are so excited to meet you!! 😍🐷🤰🏼🤱🍼 #firsttimemomtobe#duenextmonth#babygirl#33weekspregnant#7weekstogo#parentstobe#firsttimeparentstobe#instapregnant#bump#pregnancystruggles#pregnancysymptoms#growingbaby
Edison’s first boat ride yesterday! 👶🏼❤️ He loved it! Fell asleep within the first 5 minutes of leaving. Mom even got to get in the water with a floatie for a little while 🙌🏻😁 Can’t wait for him to start a little swimming and more water time 💦
My sweet Edison and I went on a gravel stroller walk after work today 👶🏼❤️ That’s the only “workout” I did today 💁🏼♀️ For the girl who used to think she had to workout everyday to get results (ME!!) I am LOVING this 4 day a week program, 3 rest days thing, especially as a working new mom 😬
And when your nutrition program calls workouts “extra credit,” rest days are totally okay 🤗
Some days I do just sit on the couch and kick back. Today I slept in a little with my sweet baby boy and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine ☀️ and weather this evening
You don’t have to kill your self 7 days a week at the gym for hours to see results. And yes, every body needs rest and recover days too 🙏🏻❤️ If you want to ease into a workout schedule that’s manageable, I have another round of this awesome program kicking off September 10th with prep week starting Monday! Comment below or message me for the details, I’d love to have you! 👭👭👭👭
Why did I ever not like mornings? It’s so peaceful ( for now 😂👶🏼) Love having the me time; enjoying the first sip of coffee, planning the day, and writing. It’s okay to fill your cup first, you’ll have so much more to give during the day if you do. ☀️#itslindseymoncrief#fillyourcup
**FREE LEGGING GIVEAWAY!** 🎊
I know I am a health and fitness coach and worked out throughout my pregnancy, but I still gained 65 pounds with Edison 🙄
That's a lot more than I expected
I was worried I wasn't going to be able to lose the baby weight 😢
I was getting used to seeking mac and cheese, pizza, ice cream and cake for comfort 🧀🍕🍦🍰 How was I going to give all of that up again to lose weight?
Luckily, not only did I have my girl tribe accountability groups to keep me on track and motivate me, there was also a new nutrition program that came out in May all about shifting my MINDSET so I could make better food choices naturally without dieting or feeling like I was deprived, but still meet my weightloss goals 🙌🏻 Not only did I lose the baby weight, but I'm still continuing to lose weight and build muscle with a program that I only have to commit four days a week, 30-40 minutes on workout days, and 3 rest days
That's a schedule this new mom can handle!! 😁
Moms: it is possible to reach your weightloss goals without giving up all the foods you love and without dieting and starving yourselves ❤️ Dieting and starving wasn't an option for me since I am also currently a breastfeeding mother 🤱
I have a few spots for the next round of my accountability group and I want to give away a pair of FREE LEGGINGS to the next THREE ladies who sign up by Wednesday!! 🎁
Comment below with your favorite emoji or message me to get more details and reserve your spot!! 🧚♀️ **Must be a new challenger or coach not already working with another Coach for the giveaway**
I don’t always meal prep but I always try to plan ahead. To me, nothing is more frustrating than not knowing what to eat. Is it because I really like food or that Type A personality thing? 😂 #itslindseymoncrief
