I’ve been doing my gratitude journaling in the mornings, but this morning I decided to leave for work a little earlier than normal. So I’m doing it tonight. In the past, I probably would have just said “I’ll do it tomorrow. Or I’ll start again tomorrow.”

I’ve never liked to go grocery shopping. And not because I don’t like food, but because it stresses me out when it comes to money. I know we need it and you have to spend it to get it. As of two days ago, I officially hit my goal weight! 🎉🎊❤️ And also lost over 60 pounds after having Edison. I mean, a lot of that was his weight and water weight, but after that, it was work 👶🏼 Work that was enjoyable thanks to this new nutrition learning system where I can still live my life and eat the foods I love, but have the MINDSET to make better choices and be in control of what I eat and the scale 👍🏻 Coming from the girl who used to either obsessively weigh herself and let that number determine how she was going to feel that day, or do the total opposite and avoid it like the plague and binge eat, I’d say I’ve come a long way 😃
Yes I weigh myself daily with this program, but I see it more at DAYTA to show me what’s going well, and what I can tweak to have more weight loss days. And I give myself positive mantras like “I love my body at every stage,” and “My body loves losing weight.” ❤️ Turns out that having a positive mindset about your food and body can actually help you reach your goals rather than depriving yourself, starving and beating yourself up 😏
I’ve learned a lot since May about food, my body, emotional eating, and how to lose weight and keep it off
And it’s no secret: I have groups going for this right now with women who are continuing to lose weight and feel their best selves too! It’s never too late to reach out and join us! 👭👭👭 You only have one body and one life: you may as well lI’ve it ❤️
I never used to be a morning person. I would sleep until the very last minute when I knew I had to be out the door. But changing that to getting up a little earlier and doing something good for myself & my body helps me handle whatever the day may bring. #itslindseymoncrief#puredynamic
I would run many miles per week. I would try going to the gym only to quit a week later. I would say “I need to make a change.” But didn’t know where to start. When I joined my first online fitness group I was afraid of making that first big step because I thought I would fail yet again. But I FELL in love with fitness again. And have learned to have a balanced lifestyle. My next online fitness group starts Monday; where we will learn to prep, do workouts, have our yummy shakes, and motivate each other! (Week 3 Day 3) got me like 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻. Yep, upped my weights this morning and totally leaving today’s workout feeling like a total you know what. NEVER pictured myself working out at home let alone getting my best results at home. But when I started my very first program (which was 30 minutes a day btw) and I saw better results than what I was doing at the gym and hot yoga I was hooked. And I guess you could say that I haven’t looked back since... through pregnancy and all!!!!
As a former cardio junkie, had I never tried a weightlifting program like the one now I would have never known that weights really are AH-MAZING. Hah I never given 2B Mindset a try, I would have never learned how AWESOME it is to still lose weight without depriving you of anything. Just teaching you the basics and the two bunnies 🐰😉
BOTTOM LINE: Nothing changes if nothing changes. I challenge you to try something NEW because you NEVER know what you’ll learn and what goals you’ll crush by doing so! ✌🏻

The expectations so many of us have to "bounce back", "do it all", be in "total bliss" after baby arrives are TOUGH to uphold, especially in those raw and fragile first few weeks and days as a new mom. You CAN thrive and revel in that special time, but it takes preparation, honesty, and support. 🙌💪
