Let’s talk FOOD. I’ve been MIA for a few days, had some difficulty after thanksgiving, but am letting go of the guilt, and stepping into a new days. Honestly, I don’t FEEL like I’m on a diet, because I’m NOT. My difficulty the last few days had to do with stress and giving into serious cravings/small binging opportunities. Today, I am free from yesterday and starting fresh. Went grocery shopping and got all the colorful, wonderful fruits and veggies I could, pork for butter/garlic pork chops, and more. This does not feel like a chore to cook and eat because I’m not depriving myself. Butter is on the menu, carbs are on the menu. Stepping away from sugar for a few days because I over saturated myself this weekend. But that’s OK. One day at a time, one step at a time.

OK people, I’m going to share a
#TransformationTuesday post on Saturday. As of today, with this incredible nutrition program I’m on, I’m officially 20 pounds down! I’m a large person, so 20 pounds isn’t a massive a amount to lose for me, but is slow and steady progress. It’s been spread out over 7 weeks, I have not deprived myself, I’m eating yummy, balanced foods, and most importantly it’s working on the mental and emotional battles at the same time.
