Chapter 1: disorder. — I like how at Charlie’s Pub, a seat is marked as taken by a pack of cigarettes. God I’m hungover today. I took a photo in Sheetz last night after an employee bowling party and it’s foggy. I remember ordering a chicken Po’Boy and they gave me extra food by accident. I finished up manager meetings today and had all my medical forms faxed off to MedExpress. I walked down to Bolder Cove and shot some digital photos by the lake on the way home. Ending my day eating hot fries in the tent after eating shit on a wet sludge spot in the park by the micro hips. I did a nollie big spin over one of them again. ATVs tomorrow! — Wednesday, 5/23/18
“Beads are believed to be the oldest form of jewelry and jewelry is one of the most helpful and accurate way of studying human history, migration. It is anthropological and should not be reduced to simply something “artisanal” and “cultural”. It goes beyond boundaries and reaches every corner of the world to every one that wants to continue taking this form of art further. Besides can we imagine a world where we made art so sacred that it would never evolve and would eventually die?”
We recently highlighted beading in cultures from around the world and various creatives we’ve featured in past and current issues of majestic disorder. (Saved on our Instagram Stories Highlights) Originally from Nepal and based in NYC, jewelery designer + artist @arpanarayamajhi featured in our issue 7 said the above quote recently which has stuck with us. 📷 @katiemarie.harris by @erika_larsen featured in issue 4 of majestic disorder
Helloooo...we have some important news to share with all of you. We have decided that we are no longer going to be having a storefront. We realized we aren’t sure if it would be the right fit for us for a few reasons. But we would like to share with you what we are planning on doing — We want to stock some brands that we love on our site, and create a Boonie General Store! We will also be planning more pop-ups because we had so much fun at the last one! We are very sorry if this is disappointing news, it was a SUPER tough decision. We hope you’ll continue to support us because we have some awesome stuff coming your way ☺️❤️

Dolly Sods, West Virginia -- August 2017
Zeiss Ikon ZM + Voigtländer Heliar 15/4.5 ASPH III
Kodak Plus-X 125 + T-MAX RS (stock) 4 minutes
I've been up and down all of the East Coast since the early 1970's and can truthfully state that Dolly Sods, West Virginia, is one of the last remaining wild places in the Mid-Atlantic region. It's filled with wonderful critters, flagged trees, berries beyond compare (blueberries (many varieties), huckleberries, gooseberries, cranberries, wild strawberries, and wintergreen berries), crazy weather, and wonderful air.
One of our very favorite places that we visit as frequently as we can manage.
I should note: this is expired film dating from 1986 — over 3 decades old! It’s the oldest I’ve used yet and is still performing well.
