Helped by the‘eye’ of fat which melts during cooking and gives the steak a rich and juicy flavour, Rib-eye comes, of course, from the rib area of the carcase. The natural light situation is getting real wack with all of this smoke from the forest fires 😭 And yet... I still drive behind people who throw their cigarettes out of their windows 😡 Anyways, this bowl is spinach topped with leftover tofu, a leftover @gardein fishless fillet, leftover corn, and shredded carrots with @followyourheart honey mustard dressing on top. It's safe to say I was trying to clean out the fridge with this bowl 😅
