Filipinos’ famous line: “Masarap ang Bawal”
which means that they still like it even its bad.
Just like these favorite breakfast meals we usually serve. Even we know its high sodium content that risked our two beans in the body, we still take this. (I’m guilty with this one 😅) Since it is difficult to break an old habit, here are two ways you can do to atleast served it less risky.
1. Cooked it with Water instead of oil.
2. Eat it once a week or less frequent than the usual Like served it only during your cheat day.
Stay Helathy and Happy! 😊
