Business holiday tip •
The Holidays are a very special time of the year not only for family time but for business as well. As a business coach I couldn't emphasize enough that in order to be successful you need to be well prepared and always think ahead.
I really encourage you to take advantage and learn from stores like @target who really have their business act together.
I just went into one of their stores and boy was I impressed. They had the Christmas section ready to go. The displays were perfect and some of the products they chose to carry were very captivating. So much I ended up buying some 😁
So if you are a business minded person ready to make some money from your busienss. always remember my two tips be prepared and always think ahead.
I caved recently and repurchased my tried and true MAC makeup 😬 started by 3 men and owned by a big conglomerate, it’s certainly not the type of brand I’m trying to buy from this year. Unfortunately I haven’t found a foundation that I like well enough from a female-founded indie brand. Looking for suggestions please!
I’m so against overworking yourself and working into the wee hours of the morning BUT.. there are times when I’ve got something big in the mix, something I’m so excited about that I just can’t walk away from.
That’s how I’m finding the launch of Ladies Who Business. It’s just gone midnight so it’s not too bad, but honestly, I usually like to be in bed by 8.30! 🙈
In my true organisation nerd fashion, my Project Management tool Asana is completely organised and ready to get me through the next few weeks! 🙌🏻 (Is it a bit too geeky that organising my Asana is SO MUCH FUN? I must be in the right line of work!) Love, Letitia x
Passive income is awesome - You create something, set it up so that it’s all automated and then you can promote it every now and again and get sales.
Ok, so it’s a little bit more in depth than that but that is the gist of it.
Another great thing about passive income is that it’s a great first interaction for your clients. Having those lower priced products where they can get it right now and start seeing results straight away?
Having something small for $50 or under is the perfect first investment in you. Your client gets a taste of how you work over and above the free stuff you’ve been giving out. They get to know if they really do like working with you and you can help them get results without being hands on. And if they like what they get?
They’re more likely to invest with you again at a higher price point. So make sure the passive products you put out are 100%, they’re a big stepping stone to getting 1:1 clients for your higher priced programmes.
If you’re struggling with creating passive income in your business, then feel free to ask me any questions in the comments.

If you would have told me a year ago that I was going to end up with a business that revolved around wine, one of my favorite things ever, I wouldn’t have believed you. 🍷 I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. When it comes to working a side business, you HAVE TO be excited about it, babe. It’s not paying your mortgage (yet), which makes it easy to quit. But if you’re truly EXCITED about it, you. won’t. quit. ✨ And one day, when it IS paying for your mortgage...and your travel...and your children’s school...and that fancy bag you want... you’ll be SO happy you didn’t quit. No quitting - not this time, babe. 💕
Yes, I'm a systems nerd. Spreadsheets are my thing and I'd happily sit for hours developing workflows and processes. But that's not my favourite part about what I do. What inspires me most is the people I get to help along the way.
I was reminded today of these words, "you are not limited to what you currently believe in yourself" and it couldn't of come at a better time. One of my clients from earlier this year said that this was the biggest take-back she had from working with me, and for that I'm so grateful.
What I do goes beyond the systems I create, it's being in celebration and sharing the joy when a clients life is changed by them. Not only theirs, but their families.
I'm honoured to support you wonderful ladies in business 💕
It's a gorgeous fall day today! The leaves in my yard make it look like it's covered in gold ✨ I will have to get a picture later to share! I have a confession- I am listening to Christmas music and had a #peppermintmocha this morning! Haha #notsorry
Hello 👋🏻 and a warm welcome to Ladies Who Business™.
I'm Letitia, and my mission is to save you time and money by developing processes, systems and automations, allowing you to take back your time to invest in the things that truly matter to you; Growing your business, time with your family and even prioritising time for yourself (yes, really!).
You've been in business for a while now.. you're making sales and getting new customers 🙌🏻 You're just about keeping up with demand, but you have no time to improve or implement plans for growth. You feel overwhelmed, always on the catch up train, and buried in your business with no real way out of the rut you're in.
Before you get completely overrun and lose all passion for your business, I'm going to help you 🍾 by;
✓ Assessing your goals, ensuring you're spending your time intentionally to give you the biggest impact and getting you to where you really want to be
✓ Organising your business and developing processes that allow your business to run on auto-pilot, giving you the freedom to focus on the things that really matter
✓ Ditching the overwhelm and simplifying all aspects of your business to relieve you from all the stress you’ve been holding onto and helping you to serve your clients at your best
How does that sound!?
Ladies Who Business™ will be launching on Friday 30th November. In the meantime, you can sign up to be notified of updates (just head to the link in the bio)
I'm supposed to tell you that anyone can do it, that there is one fool proof way to create a Facebook group that grows to 1k+ members in a week and helps you have $10k launches every week. After all that would help me to sell my FB group course, From Crickets to Clients 🤔😂😉 But the truth is this:
Facebook groups don't work for everyone! They don't work for every kind of business, not even every kind of online business.
Not everyone can create an awesome group. Some people can't justify the time and effort. Some people aren't patient enough and some want it to be the magic fast track solution to success (it's not!) But if you have the kind of business that could benefit and you're willing to put in the time and the effort (and the patience) then you can grow an amazing Facebook group that helps to grow your bank account.
3 tips for you to grow an awesome group if you're struggling right now:
1 - Personally invite people to your group who post content you love and that is relevant to the group. That means reaching out directly and asking, not adding them and hoping for the best. They're more likely to engage from the get go if you tell them you want them there. Plus that's more content for your group members that you don't have to create yourself.
2 - Don't use a posting app for your group as Facebook limits the reach of this content, as it's not posted natively in FB. So if you want an engaged group make sure to post your content or make use of the schedule function in groups because then more of your group will actually see your posts!
3 - Post different types of content to mix things up. Ask questions, give value, share your story, go live (audio or video) and by all means promote what you have to offer but don't let pitches be the only thing you post.
