This was sooo easy! I used my veggettie. It only took me 10 minutes to make this lunch. *4tbs coconut oil
*1yellow squash. *1cup frozen stir fry mix. *2slices of red onion
*1/2 C. Chopped cilantro
*dash of lemon juice
Season to taste. .I don't measure. I used sea salt, crushed black pepper, Mrs Dash original..and garlic powder.
Heat peppers onions in oil til hot, add noodles and add spices..toss til warm. About 5 minutes. Serve!

So ladies today we're going to talk about 3 ways to feel better about yourself in 2019 ! (READ BELLOW)
1. Mirror, mirror
For instance, she suggests standing in front of a full-length mirror in little or no clothing and pinpointing positive body traits. This can include specific functions of body parts.
"You would say, 'I really appreciate the way my legs take me wherever I need to go. Every day without fail, they get me out of bed, to the car, up the stairs and into the office. I don't have to worry about walking.'"
"It can be that kind of functional appreciation of what your body does for you," she said.
2. Pick one feature
Or, you might focus on appreciating a body feature – such as your skin or the shape of your shoulders or neck.
"You can even go for higher-risk body parts," Keel said. "Rather than looking at yourself and saying, 'I hate my gut,' you could say, 'I really like the shape of my legs.' "If there is something about you that you like, the idea is to spend time focusing on it," she said.
3. Just do it
Another approach is to think about specific activities you avoid because of body issues – wearing a bathing suit or not wearing shorts, for instance – and then deciding to do them. "Most people experience a sense of freedom when they realise that nothing bad will happen if they wear a swimsuit or shorts in public – everyone is completely fine with it," Keel said. "This reinforces body acceptance through experience."

Sat reflection and being very transparent. Summer bodies are made in the winter. This is the time to plan out how you desire to be better physically by summer. Not thinking 2 to 3 days before a vacation trip you're going to hit the gym. If that were the case, many of my track and distance runners, and cross country athletes who put in the time daily would look phenomenal. As with you, and it could be me, many do not eat properly therefore the body still remains the same. My sermon "you can not work off a bad diet'". It's a waste of time. For the body to change, there needs to be positive consistency and 6 weeks before you see those changes taking place.
My current situation is I've been slacking off, yeah some days doing a few workouts, but more than less, just brain tired which affects my motivation to workout (studying still for my certification exam) So guess what happened? Yes weight gain in some areas, but the workouts I've done; muscle gain in the lower body, that I didnt think was occurring.
Result, good and bad. I can not just reach in my closet for my drag any more as I've been able to do these past 6 years.
1. I can not fit many of my skirts, dresses or slacks🤔🤨
2. Getting lower body strong
3. Mid section grew "belly fat" which is the unhealthy area for fat because it affects your vital organs under that fat (heart,lungs,liver,kidneys....) Mission: feel free to join me. Holidays does not give me permission to over indulge, over eat or drink. I learned to enjoy meals and got myself to a healthy weight going on 6 yrs now. So in the next 2 months my focus is to eliminate belly fat by February 20th 2019.
AND I'm not going to be that grandma that sits on the park bench and watch from the side line, nope! I'm all in and active enjoying the outing. "Weee" down the slide with Baby Wash👶😁 @mrs.desedge and @kyle9180

I mean, we know that the food that we eat and the things that we drink are affecting our unborn children. That’s why we avoid caffeine (for the first kid), and sushi, and soft cheeses. But what about the lotion that is being absorbed by our skin while we try to avoid stretch marks? Or the candle that’s burning next the couch we’ve been on for the last 3 hours while we binge watch Netflix chick flicks (that we’ve already seen) while trying to keep our cankles at bay? Do you think those little chemical a-holes care that you’re pregnant? They don’t.
It’s time to do better, my friends. I cannot say it enough. Is it an investment? Yes. Does it take some adjusting? Yes. Is it worth it? 100 times yes!
• Please, if you’ve been thinking about this, just do it. Get the chemicals out of your house, and your life. Your body will thank you. 💛
