Just mix: 1 cup plantabased milk (I used almonds) 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds, top with your favorite fruits and #SuperFoods [I added maca & açaí powder to mine!] + use some cinnamon and maple syrup to your liking (this is optional)... Put on a mason jar and leave it on the fridge 'till next morning and voila, it'll be ready to eat by then. No cooking needed, how cool is that... Perfect for #MeatlessMonday🙌🏽🌱

I've got plain base that I improve adding white peaches, bananas, dried raspberries and peanut butter and voila - tasty nourishing breakfast is in your plate. You know chia seeds are good investment despite their price, because you can use them long time. I use one packet for about 2 months, do you?  I believe,  it's worth it😅  Happy working Monday 🙌🏽

Завтрак на сегодня: замочить овсянку и семена чиа(льна) в любом молоке(у меня миндальное) либо в йогурте, кефире. Пропорция должна быть 1:2, жидкой консистенции в два раза больше. Убрать в холодильник, утром получить базу, на которой можно рисовать как на холсте 😅 я добавила персик, бананы, сушёную малину и арахисовую пасту. На самом деле, количество вариаций безгранично, поэтому просто рекомендую включить фантазию и не боятся покупать семена чиа, да дорого, но хватает их на долго. Свои я ем в течении 2 месяцев, так что это годная инвестиция в еду 😜

I simply combined 3 t chia seeds w 1 cup of @pacificfoods almond milk and added 1.5 t açai powder. mixed it all up + refrigerated it overnight and then added da toppings 😋 happy monday!
