Been a bad bad bad day for the diet! Time of the month always turns me into a vulture! Breakfast was crumpets, went out for a hot choc, after reggie reading class, he had some buttermilk chicken goujons, I helped him eat them, but still really craved my jacket potatoe with cheese & coleslaw so I had it! Then had chicken stir fry for dinner after a Pilates class! Followed by some sweets! FAIL! Not expecting a loss tomorrow, my belly is so bloated anyway! Even pre eating junk! I started the day off with electrolyte water. After that I had a zevia cola which contains caffeine. I do not drink coffee so these are great to get a caffeine boost! .
I continued to fast so I had no breakfast. I prefer to eat 2 bigger meals a day instead of 4-5 small ones. So I ate scrambled eggs mixed with cream cheese and cooked in olive oil, 2 pieces of bacon. It does not look like much but it's fat packed which helps keep me full. I put way more olive oil to cook the eggs than I normally do and it's the first time I've added cream cheese. They were pretty oily but still tasted great. .
Dinner was salmon cooked in olive oil, buttery spinach and avocado.
Almost 85% fat which is actually so hard to do!! I added tons of olive oil to both these meals and lots of butter to the spinach to help get my fat this high. .
I feel really good today and had a lot of energy so that's great! Can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow
