Amazon Prime Day saw me getting myself a Zeny Air Fryer. First thing I made was keto mozzarella sticks. Very good, my only issue was that my parmesan cheese seemed to be on the saltier side, so adding the 1/2 tsp coarse salt was too much. The taste was definitely worth me trying again with less salt; I'll let them brown a little longer and won't take them out of the dryer so quickly so they can settle and maintain their shape. Slow simmered Ribeye in Organic Coconut oil & Kerrigold Butter, spiced with pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, garlic powder and some Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute served with sides of Buttered asparagus, and Coleslaw! Now that I'm fat adapted with today being Day 91, this is what my body now craves, which is fatty foods. No Sugar thoughts or cravings....nada, zero, zilch.....thanks to this Ketolifestyle change. I feel absolutely healthier then I've ever felt!
