Something weird has happened the last few days but I’ve lost my appetite and been only wanting healthy foods. So dinner is a salad of baby spinach, cucumber, rocket, parsley, strawberries, avocado 🥑, tomato, feta cheese and a steggles chicken breast fillet 😋
To be honest this is not the number I wanted to see today but it is 1.8 pounds down from last Monday. This week starts week 3 of no cheats. I have done good and I’m working on my mind set which is just as important as the pounds going down. I will have to say though I hope to see a bigger number down next Monday!
5 rounds of the Week 6 challenge(of 8) complete and managed an extra row before timer went off, my legs were already feeling the fatique & DOMS, Was so annoyed I didn't make what I expected.
And for some reason I went on to do Strength Workout #1 Legs with @geeky_mummax3 pushing me on and reminding me to breathe.
9kg slam balls with Step Ups.
Maxed the leg press (190.5kg) for the pyramid (the free weight was occupied again) supersetted with 30kg BB squats
Then leg extensions pyramid 38.5kg then 50kg then 65.5kg then 105.5kg(maxed) supersetted with 30kg BB lunges.

Whelp, I’m jumping on the countdown train :) thought these were cool so I made my own too.
We don’t have any plans for Christmas this year so we’re planning on feeling really good. Today, my partner @jayslays_fitness and I embark on this challenge. ✅ My Goal: -30 lbs.

I’ve fallen off track since I got up in my feels and my knee went bum - I haven’t eaten too good. It all stops today and I’m lucky to have Jay by my side. I’m sincerely looking forward how this positively improves our day to day life and over all happiness.

It comes it goes, this is just my yin. I've accepted that. I don't know why I have this anxiety, fear, and lack of confedience but I'm working on crushing it. My main source to combat this was food. Now that self awarness has kicked in and I understand the harm I was doing to my self, I'm pushing forwards. Towards a brighter future.
For the first time in my life, I've been able to start opening up. Make friendships, even if those friends don't last that long cause let's be honest as a adult we all have busy lives.
I hope all you have wonderful lives, take risks and dream. This transformation was just a dream months ago. I hate the way I look still, but I'm changing that, both mental and physical.
The last little piece I want to leave you with is, YOU WILL FAIL. That's easy. Picking yourself up when you just want to submit to the old is hard.

Promised myself by the time my son's 2nd birthday end of this year I should at least be able to get back to my my pre-wedding weight. That is .. 20kgs lesser from my start weight.
Can i do it?
I hope so, even if i don't get there at least I can say that I'm on my way there.
Another promise I made to myself is by next year Aidilfitri (June 2019) I am able to fit in those RTW Malaysian designers collection!! And actually look good in it.
Also.. im doing this for myself and my son (& future babies) for a healthier me. So i can take good care of them foreverrrrrr and everrrrrr
A year ago today, August 19, 2017 is when I started to change my life for the better now 1 year and 50+ lbs later I’m continuing the journey, one of the first ever pics taken of me in the gym. Longest I’ve ever stayed consistent because it’s no longer an “ I have to” mindset, it’s an “ I want to”. Let’s keep it going🤙🏽
