idk if you guys have people in your life that are very thin who complain about being fat but I do.
It’s one of the most frustrating and annoying things for me. Like I get it everyone wants to fix something about themselves but when you’re 120 pounds and you’re telling me how fat you are I don’t want to hear it. Some people like myself actually struggle with weight and i think it’s rude to be talking to me (the person struggling to lose weight) about that. Or I have a friend who anti- brags about being under weight... really? Like today when my coworker said how her doctor said she is considered obese and my friend goes “my doctor always tells me I’m underweight.” Doesn’t mention anything about what she’s going through and how hard it was for her to hear something like that and just begins to talk about how thin she is. And the look on my coworkers face was just so sad and hurt. people like that don’t understand what they’re saying. I’m not shaming anyone for being thin. Not at all. I’m shaming people who don’t pay attention who they’re talking to. Lift others up. Don’t put them down. Think before you speak.

Working on my jab non-stop and trying to perfect it. Every coach, video, and boxer I've talked to says it's one of the most important moves you have. I had to break from feet work and dipping as much tonight to let my knees rest up a bit. I thought lifting weights was rough...boy was I wrong! Boxing is like a full body workout the entire time. I'm definitely loving it though! After today, I won't be posting any more videos. I've challenged myself to a short term goal...that I have to be able to go three full rounds at 100% before I can post another workout video. I'll still post my regular stuff though. Thanks for everyone’s support guys, it means alot! Hope everyone that's local can come watch me fight!
feeling so lucky to have a partner that cooks 🙌🏼 tonight i came home to these amazing chicken street tacos. he made skillet chicken + a hot sauce-greek yogurt combo. plus, chopped onion + cilantro on corn tortillas. 4sp for the three tortillas, everything else was free! so simple and good.
that was #unexpected 😂 this was my fifth class in a row this week and i was feelin’ pretty 😴 but, idk dudes, pretty early in that ride i felt it and hit my highest score yet! i was top lady on the board (i feel like that’s annoying to say, but i’m proud!) and i left feeling really great.

Despite how far I’ve progressed with my physique, I’m still very unsatisfied with where I am. I acknowledge I’ve come a long way since the beginning of my journey, and I’ve worked REALLY REALLY hard on myself, but It still takes a lot JUST to post stuff like this.
For 20+ years I lacked confidence, a sense of manliness, and love for the body I was in. Contrary to what many believe, even 4 years of working on yourself doesn’t just fill those empty spaces all at once. I’ve done lots of personal and mental development to create a love for the body I’m in now, but I’ve got a long way to go.
