3 tablespoons almond flour or 1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon butter or oil
1 medium/large egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

👨🏼‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin. Add the almond flour, egg and baking powder to the butter. Beat with a fork until completely mix.
Microwave for about 90 seconds, until firm. Run a knife along the edge and flip over a plate to release. Slice in half, then toast in the toaster or in a skillet.

Made myself a meal plan for the week! Hoping I can stick to this and I'm feeling pretty confident. Tuesday is my birthday though so I feel like I'll probably eat wayy too much then. Also Wednesday my parents planned a 'surprise' for me and I'm really hoping it's not food related 😔 
Also weighed myself and I gained about 0.5kg- don't know why it's not more tbh I ate too much this week. Gotta do better ▪

Máte prostě nedostatek kalorií a musíte je zvýšit. Nojo, ale jak? Jíte 6x denně rýži, kuře, vločky, tvaroh, všecko možné. Vic už toho ani nesníte, protože jste konstatně plní a váha pořád stejná. Kde děláte chybu?

Začnete jíst víc tuku! Je třeba si uvědomit, že 1 gram tuku má 9 kalorií, zatímco sacharidy i bílkoviny pouze 4 kalorie. Už tahle samotná věc napovídá, že je mnohem snazší sníst dejme tomu 500 kalorií ve formě tuku, než ze sacharidů a bílkovin. To neznamená, že musíš nutně začít s keto diet (stravování založené převážně na příjmu kalorií z tuků), ale určitě bys měl zvýšit jeho denní příjem.

Pár příkladů, jak přidat víc tuku do svého jídelníčku ✔️.

Jez celá vejce 🥚, ne jen bílky!

Avokádo 🥑. Nauč se je milovat a jez je každý den! Jeden kus (200 g.) má 486 kcal!

Let’s say you have 4 meals, that’s less than 120 seconds if you’re familiar with the app. Even if you’re not, there’s almost an impossibility of passing 5 minutes to track ALL MEALS.

So the next time you “don’t have time” to track your calories then how about;

- sit on Facebook/instagram/twitter for five minutes less
- text your friend some needless nonsense... for five minutes less
- talk needless rubbish on the phone (that you’ll probably talk about in person anyway)... for five minutes less
- stop being lazy.

If you really want substantial change, then you’ll take the time to make this EASY change and work toward your goal, instead of constant frustration at getting nowhere.
