I knew it was gonna be bad but didn't expect this, always seems like I'm starting over. This past week we have eaten pizza, hamburgers, and lots of other junk food while our power was out. And I had been doing good in weening myself off it this month, but I had to throw away a bunch of chicken and other healthy stuff that spoiled so I gotta go stock up again. Anyway I told myself when this hurricane was over I was jumping right back on track and that's what I'm going to do, going to the gym today to start the process again.

Now that we got power again it's back to the old routine of grits and sausage on a Sunday, we still have no cable or internet though so hopefully that will be fixed soon. It felt so good last night to get a hot shower again, and to warm up some leftovers in the microwave. We all think we have problems but just go a few days with no power or even water you will realize just how petty they are, we are all so spoiled these days that we don't realize just how lucky we are to live in these times.

Holidaying in #greece and feeling so bloody uncomfortable in my own skin. I've actually put on weight since booking the holiday 😕 but it's not just the way I look, it's that I feel so full and sick and uncomfortable. When I get back I'm definitely going back to my 5:2 days and taking better care of myself. At least with 5:2 I can still enjoy Christmas just as much.
But whilst I'm here on an all inclusive holiday, lots of salad with meals and lots of walking. They even have a gym 👍🏻

Pre Netball fast day tea of two Aldi chicken chipolatas, a fried egg and two mini potatoe waffles. I don’t think there’s many food combos better than potato and egg! I was going to have my new fave of two eggs and two sausages but I only had one egg left 😩 although this is virtually the same calorie wise I’m trying not to have carbs on fast days at the mo. But I suppose today I am going to netball so will burn more 🤔 essay now over! This was 232 calories.
