My driveway with extra cars, I watch as my grown baby boy comes through the door, filling my entryway as he hugs and greets each of us.
I will stand back and 🥰 soak it in…my children, 🏡 home together.

This morning I mentioned that today would have been my grandmas birthday and Kate said we should send her a balloon up in heaven.
“How do we do that”? I asked her.
Just send a ballon up into the sky and God will give it to her, she said. ❤️
My sweet little girl gets to do the honors.
Happy birthday Grandma!
One of the struggles I have and the reason I post about it so much is to remind myself and who ever else needs to be reminded "Enjoy the journey as it's happening. Be proud and learn to love yourself every step of the way because if you dont, when you get to your destination or the place you "think" you should be, you still wont be happy." You wont be happier if you have more money, or a bigger house. You wont be happier when you loose 10 pounds and fit those pants that have been sitting there staring at you, go buy a new pair till those do.
You need to love you for you. ALL of you!! Slow down and take in the little moments, like hot tub dates in the crisp sunshine in the am with this guy❤
First workout on the step today! 🙌
I’m uncoordinated as heck but I loved every minute of it. There is just something so exhilarating about these moves. .
Do you have 20 minutes a day to put into you? Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. When you take the time to take care of you first we are able to do all this other things that we are so busy with more efficiently and pour into our families and communities with more patience and energy.
I promise you it’s worth it! ❤️
Here’s a little snippet of my workout today.
Drop a comment or message me if you would like to try this sample workout for free.
Celebrating Christmas is a good opportunity to practice staying positive and in the moment. A mass of social interactions and the (perceived) expectation to create a ‘wonderful Christmas’ often lead to stress and frustration. Keeping Christmas simple and meaningful will make your holidays feel like a blessing, not a burden! #happychristmas#christmaspositivity#christmasjoy#familyisagift
This is your friendly holiday season reminder: Not only are you a gift to others, but your health- physical, mental, and emotional- are a gift to you! Take good care of you so you can take good care of them ❤️
I honor my family for their struggles, passion and sacrifices for my dream to become true. Thank you for taking good care of us, support us in our crazy dreams and to embrace the lesson we got from them. From your little Clarhyzza to your Intern Clarhyzza who always here to love, pray and also to give back the sacrifices you gave to me. I'm truly grateful to be your daughter and I will be the same Clarhyzza you rise. Even when your hair has turned into gray, I will take good care of this gift that God give me. I thank the Lord for I was born by his purpose and for his purpose. Thank you for this family Lord! I love you fam 😘❤️ 🙏
Let everything you do be done with love. Insert papa 👨❤️ #Familyisagift#InternCulmination
Our families are our first fraternity, it is the community of brothers and sisters that are bonded by blood ties and that grows to accept and cares for each other. Are they the best Christmas gift to you?
Another birthday celebration for Luke. Tomorrow is technically his 5th birthday but he’s been begging to go to this LEGO Store at downtown Disney every time we come to Disneyland so that’s our activity for the evening. Chillin at the LEGO store!
My family is my everything!
I’m so lucky to have the best mother in the world all my life. She supports me even if I do not believe in myself, she is always next to me even if we are far away physically from each other, she made our childhood memories so bright and I will never forget it! She was doing everything for us, for our family!
I could not stress enough, you should appreciate what you had/have.
I’m so grateful that my mother decided to have 2 children and I have the best friend in the whole world, my sister! In the childhood I always had someone with whom to play/fight/laugh. When we became teenagers, I always had a girlfriend to go out and even if somebody was drunk, we always could care of each other. 😉
Here is the words from my heart, just wanted to share it, because my family is such a sweet, cosy, supported that I always miss them.
Luckily enough, my husband is also the best husband, so it is not a coincidence that we are together ☺️🙏 #loveiseverything#familyisagift#familygoals#lovemyfamily#familygirl#familywoman#fam#happiness#appreciationpost#momentum2018#lifeisgood
Morning reflection. I seem to be doing a lot of that lately!
Enjoyed breakfast while listening to my old, new favorite CD again. This was a gift from my MOPS group years ago. The girls and I loved it. It was something I listened to over and over again the Christmas Kate was diagnosed with her kidney disease. I have kept it packed away until now. I had this strong feeling over the weekend to get it out again and I seem to be processing a lot right now. .
Not really sure of the point of this post but one thing I know is that I am a completely different person then I was the last time I listened to this. I’ve been rebuild, I’ve grown, and I’ve changed.
So this morning I simply enjoyed my coffee, the music and this festive cranberry oatmeal I made in my crock pot last night. ❤️
Recipe in comments.
#mcm throwback to the day I made the best decision of my life. Sometimes the external parts of our life together aren’t always what we imagined they would look like but I wouldn’t change a thing. @black_beddy
Family is everything! It’s been a few years since we’ve taken family pics and I’m so glad we braved the cold to do them. My husband and my kids have my heart.
“Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.” Earl Nightingale
I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately and it’s because I’m truly taking this time of the year to soak up time with my family and create memories.
My Heart is full... our kids were able to go with me to see a birth Family placing a baby with the adoptive family! Holding the baby was such a treat and watching this through my kids eyes expressing love for their birth families was priceless! I’m so grateful for Adoption and thankful to be part of this experience and have made lots of new friends too!!! Please... Ask my kids about their adoption... they love talking about it and love that they are adopted! More people to love them through life... spoiled with love!!! #adoption#bestgiftever#familyisagift#birthmom#birthdad#birthfamily#adoptivefamily#kidsarepriceless#thankfulfulness
If you don’t already know I suffer from anxiety. .
Late last night I had a PTSD attack. I know what was going on and I knew exactly what triggered it. I could feel myself slipping and somewhere along the way I got angry at it. I’ve been working really hard on myself and my mindset and decided I wasn’t going down. Going back to what I’ve learned I know I can choose my focus.
I immediately started reminding myself where I was and what was true and looked up ways to break the cycle. .
Movement is one. It grounds us in the present moment, breaks into our bodies stress response, and releases endorphins that actually change our state of mind.
So on what was going to be a rest day I got my butt to the basement and pressed play. I’m still working on breaking out of this but I’m slowly feeling myself start to come back.
Some may thing that this lifestyle and workouts are purely about vanity but for me it’s never been about that.
For me it’s been a way to fight for myself. And that’s exactly what I did today.
The last two weeks in our house have been rough. It's not just one thing that makes it feel that way. It's the "snowball effect" of everything all together. God has put so many amazing friends and family in my path along the way that have spoken wisdom and truth to me. Their compassion and empathy have given me hope that together we can change things.
I know this is somewhat vague (and that's not usually my style), but this wisdom can apply to us all. We can change the world with one child, one person, one act of kindness, one instance of speaking up when everyone else is quiet. We can change the world, for good, one day at a time. .
It's an uphill battle most times. It takes perserverance. But it is SO worth it. So, no matter your challenges today, I want to encourage you that when you stay the course, you change the world. .
There is a universal desire for unity among the families - it is the call be the "home" and the need to build it beyond the house that we are living in. Is your family your home?
After 3 kids it’s not often we get to dance the night away. My feet hurt and it’s going to be two hours past my bedtime by the time I get home but i forget how much we NEED nights like this. Nights where we remember what it was like when it was just us. ❤️ @black_beddy
My little photo bomber is home today with a sore throat and snuck in just as I was taking this pic. I will gladly take the extra snuggles. ❤️❤️❤️
We are going to spend the afternoon baking a fun treat and watching a Christmas movie. 🎄Maybe even a little online Christmas shopping. Is anyone done with their shopping yet?
This morning I got a few things added to my VIP info group for our newest program.
I’ve been doing these programs for over 2 years now and love that each new launch gives me another tool to help my clients reach their health and fitness goals.
I’m pretty excited that this one involves a stepper and gives us busy moms a way to transform our body’s and mind in 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
Who’s ready to start feeling better in 2019?
We will be doing this together with an amazing community and coaching from me. You in?
