🍕 T E A 🍕
Pizza made using a WW Wrap (2nd HEB), chicken 🍗, garlic, onions 🌰 & peppers 😍 base is @skinnyfoodco Smokey BBQ sauce which is perfect for these to make a syn 🆓 pizza!!! Topped with 70g light mozzarella 🧀 (HEA) 🤘
Another SP day - I've had 2 hifi bars (1st HEB), 3 oranges 🍊, an apple 🍎, a packet of chipstick crisps (4) & a pack of mini gingerbread men (6). Clubbercise tonight, looking forward to it 😁 ending on 5 speed foods & 10 syns. 🤞 for tomorrow 😊
I just nipped to the local @coopukfood to get this months £5 meal deal as it's a brilliant one. Unfortunately my local didn't have the garlic bread or the substitute item but they should have it in stock tomorrow. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀
Luckily I drive past a Co Op on my way home from work so fingers crossed I can get it. The items usually come to £13.40 at the Co Op or the next cheapest price seems to be £8.05 at Asda. This is for the four branded items (although the pizza is slightly different) and Asda own brand garlic baguettes. So £5 (or £4.50 with an NUS card) is a fab price.

I always compare this meal deal to a Domino's takeaway, it's a great alternative and easy fakeaway to share with the family on a Friday night or at the weekend. Alternatively, I like to just bung everything in the freezer and use various bits with other meals or for snacks when I can be bothered cooking a meal from scratch. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is what happens when you don't organise your food shop properly 🤦🏻♀️ you ended up making a cheesy eggy tomato baked bean salad pizza 😂😂😂

I do love a random lunch!! 😂😂🙆🏻♀️
Time to go the whole enchilada. Though invented in a far more temperate climate, this #Mexican oven bake is a welcome guest for a chilly British night in. Spicy, succulent and irresistible.
Search ‘Enchilada ’ for this recipe and more on Tesco Real Food, link in bio.
1 tbsp vegetable oil
250g chicken breast portions (from a 650g pack), thinly sliced
400g tin kidney beans, drained and rinsed
130g frozen sweetcorn
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
500g carton Italian tomato passata
8 mini tortilla wraps
75g mature Cheddar, grated
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 mins until lightly coloured all over.
2. Add the beans, frozen sweetcorn and spices, and cook for 1 min. Add 200g passata and 75ml water. Season, bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 mins. Remove from the heat.
3. Lay out 1 wrap. Spoon an eighth of the chicken mixture down the centre of the wrap and roll up. Place in a nonstick or greased baking dish (about 30 x 20cm) with the seam on the bottom. Repeat with the remaining wraps and filling.
4. Pour the remaining passata over the wraps and top with the grated cheese. Bake for 25 mins until the cheese has melted and the top has browned slightly. Scatter with the spring onions to serve.
ARE YOU AFRAID OF THE DARK? 👁 Our Halloween healthy dessert will be up this week....it’s looking frightfully good! 👀 Ingredient alert: you might wanna buy some “Activated Charcoal Powder” in advance. 🧙🏻♀️
Let’s talk about weight loss for a moment. I’ve had the most incredible feedback to my last post and thank you so much for that. I’m working my way through my DMs and should have them finished by tonight 🤞🏼 I wanted to write an honest follow up post. Everyone always says how did you stay motivated? You must feel incredible!
Well I do and I don’t. I’m immensely proud of how far I’ve come, but please don’t assume it was the easiest journey. I’ve been doing ‘this’ for two years in November and they have been some of the hardest years of my life. When I was incredibly hard on myself I missed birthdays, nights out etc because I felt I didn’t deserve to go. How many syns in a jäger bomb? Once I became more lenient with myself at 13 stone, I went completely the other way and couldn’t get the balance right ⚖️ I’m not by any means trying to make out that I’m a martyr. I’m trying to enlighten everyone that it’s okay to admit that we all struggled. I posted my photo last week with no real insight into how I feel about my weight loss. I’m currently 10 stone 10 which concludes a loss of 14 stone 13lb and I don’t feel wonderful. Something that everyone fails to realise is when you’ve been obese and hated your body, you pick it apart. You stand in the mirror and you say my hips are too wide, my thighs are too big and look at that stretch mark. All with the hope that it’ll be solved with your weight loss. Unfortunately for me, I continue to pick apart my body merely discovering different faults with it. Look at my excess skin, the size of my boobs now after weight loss and my hips still go out more than I enjoy. What I’m trying to say is don’t ever deprive yourself on the thought that weight loss is going to solve every issue under the sun. In part it’s made me a happier, more confident person but you will never see anyone highlighting their body flaws on the ‘gram. Doesn’t mean they’re not there ❤️
B R E A K F A S T ... woke up early and no work u til 9 so had time to make breakfast at home today 🍳

Mid week fake away 🤤
Marks& Spencer mini firewood pizzas! (These are different from the large ones, they're about 500kcal per half pizza)
These are brilliant for portion control.
The one in the photo for the full pizza:
S u p p e r - tonight we had a fake away kfc!!! It was amazing towered, breaded chicken thigh with bacon hash browns and cheese 😍 I breaded the chicken thighs with 1.5 packs of heat wave Doritos (9) to the mix I added some extra spices and seasoning and crushed it all up in a bag! I coated the chicken in egg then breaded and put it on a baking sheet and sprayed it all with fry light! I then cooked for around 45 minutes! I layered the chicken with bacon ( fat removed), hash brown(2) and a light cheese slice (2) I served this with a rainbow salad dressed in yogurt and mint sauce (0.5) and cubed potato’s cooked in my air fryer 💁🏻♀️served with my skinny food co bbq sauce! All this for 13.5 syns 😇 @skinnyfoodco
