Are you drinking the correct amount of water daily?
You are supposed to drink half of your weight in ounces, daily.
Example: If you weigh 200 lbs, you're supposed to drink 100 oz of water daily.
This cup keeps me on track. It even lights up when I'm not on track.
I am a brand ambassador for a this cool cup and app that tracks my water intake. I've been using it for a while now and I think you should get one too! DM me for discount code 😃

Now that my birthday is over, it’s time for fall. The best season. Can I live in a Hallmark Channel movie where it’s fall all year round?! If a genie ever grants me three wishes, that’s probably going to be with number one.

been on a boat without wifi for two days. I’ve managed to live my life without working and somehow that resulted in me breaking out in hives. In better news, there are fine / nice men on this boat so I’m occupied this week. 😜😂
There are three standard sizes for your jump rope
1. Tip of shoulders- ideal for someone that is just starting to jump
2. Armpit- ideal for someone that has jump rope experience and just want to get a good workout or practicing tricks
3. Chest- ideal for someone that want to jump for speed or double under consistency.
The shorter the rope, the quicker the rope cuts through the air.
The longer the rope, the slower you will jump. And you may even stick your arms out, thus shortening the length of your rope and compromising your form.
To Size your rope:
1. Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot.
2. Pull the handles straight up making sure the rope is straight.
3. For beginners, the top of the handles should reach close to the shoulder.
4. For experienced jumpers, the top of the handles should reach the armpit or below.
5. For double unders, the top of the handles should reach the nipple line.
6. If the handles extend beyond your shoulders, you should shorten your rope.
7. You can shorten many ropes by tying a knot below the handles.
8. It’s better to get a rope that’s too long rather than too short.
Ps. Check out the video demo of sizing the rope in my igtv
I always try to keep little reminders around me...things that secretly tell my brain to Keep Fighting & Stay Strong! Living with depression and anxiety has the ability to trick us sometimes, trick us into thinking that the daily battle isn’t worth it, but IT IS WORTH IT!! In this day and age, just staying alive has become more and more challenging for so many of us. Whether fighting disease, cancer, physical health, emotional health, mental health, addiction...staying alive is a daily battle for so many of us. For me, my little reminders, like my @katespadeny phone case, keep me motivated to fight on! I also do everything I can to stay focused on my ultimate goal which is to do my best to make a positive difference in this world! I encourage you to keep little reminders around you that help you stay positive during those challenging moments. And always try to have a reminder of something you are looking forward to down the road!! I have @transformersmovie tags hanging from my rear view mirror to remind me how excited I always am to see the next Transformers movie, which I just found out will be out soon and is about my favorite character Bumble Bee!!!!!! @bumblebeemovie #bumblebeemovie YAY!!!!!! I know it’s not always easy, but this world still needs you (and me)! #nevergiveup .
