📍NYC and Maine homies, I’m coming for you! 💙 Tonight I catch the red eye to NYC for 2 days, and then am renting a car and driving to Maine to see my family. ✨ ⠀
I’m real grateful right now because my vision with @mundoadventures is coming to fruition. Transformational travel has changed my life and getting to share that with you guys is my favorite thing on earth. That being said, this trip is about nurturing balance in my life outside of work, and I’m so excited for a week of prioritizing connection. Connection with myself, my family and my sweet friends. 💛 You guys fill me up and I love you, sooo reach out and give a sister a holla. #alignwiththelove
Health is a state of mind, Wellness is a state of being 🙏🏼
When I feel life getting too busy & my mind cluttered with things to do, I love to get outside, be in nature & breathe in the fresh air. For me, being outside & witnessing all of nature’s beauty really puts things into perspective & then I am able to get back to the busyness of life with a fresh & prioritized mind.
Some Sunday thoughts 🍂
Oh.... I want this! No more fumbling for cords in my purse in the airport. No more looking for a plug that’s not taken. No more dead battery on my phone when I am traveling. I REALLY #wantone .
Amazing paddle tonight, taking the city in from the water! So lucky to live in such a gorgeous place 🌃
Next night paddle scheduled for 29/11 @ 6pm. Click the link on the page to book or DM for more info 🤙🏼
See Willy (center). Willy got a new bike. See Willy bike. Willy likes bikes. We love dogs at Velo Garage and Tap House....and we love @kathy_cycles. She joined the Steel is Real club with her awesome new Surly Bridge Club with a Moloko handlebar upgrade. She already logs a lot of miles and now those miles will include anywhere her heart desires. Maybe Willy will be able to tag along for some of her epic journeys!
We snacked, we drank, explored, snacked, explored then snacked, shared little bites of history along the way, solved a cemetery mystery as a team and brainstormed a bunch of upcoming MeetUp adventures to do together in the coming months. Now that’s a Saturday!
Big cheers, hugs and sincere gratitude to...
Ridgway at Haddonfield Donut Company who organized a warm welcome for us in the form of hot heavenly donuts ready the minute we arrived from a chilly walk; 🌲
to Mark at the Haddonfield Presbyterian Church who interrupted his day to lead us into the closed sanctuary to see treasure - Haddonfield’s original Luis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows; 🌲
to Marcello at Valente's Italian Specialties who delighted the whole group with an incredible delicious menu tasting in his shop! A place that feels like the best of Philly’s 9th St. Italian Market landed in King’s Court; 🌲
to Indian King Tavern for a fascinating tour and talk that connected Haddonfield history to the National Treasure movie;
To Michelle Duffy's Fine Chocolates who shared her family’s history as generational chocolatiers, the beauty of her store and delicious samples of all of her bestselling chocolates! 🌲
After goodbyes to most it was cheers King's Road Brewing Company with a mighty few after another beautiful day of discovery in Downtown Haddonfield
"She had flowers in her hair
flowers in her heart
so if you are forgetting all the
ways that life is beautiful go and find her-
she will be somewhere in the forest
by the sea or in the garden
waiting for you
to come and see." -Kristen Costello.
