Happy Friday! Hope you've all had a good week.
I'm super excited today because we have our first sports day 🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽
I've got a little bit of work to do first, then I'm squeezing in a quick haircut, and this afternoon will be spent cheering the biggest boy on and avoiding the mothers' race 😳
Completely irrelevant pic, but I was looking through photos from or honeymoon in Cuba and found this one, which is just so bright and summery.
It's such a beautiful country, and I'd love to go back and explore Havana properly.

We met this guy chillin at the skatepark. Our project is not just about selling things. We are looking for people who have soul ready for adventure and with whom we can share our passion to wood, surfing, snowboarding and skateboarding.
Having little accessories like #tobonecklace can be another shaka gesture.
Have a good day everyone 🖤
Maka nikmatilah .

Look how beautiful and quaint the streets of Windsor are during the summer ☀️ Everywhere you go in the UK, the cobbled side streets are full of cute looking eateries. If only it were possible to try them all!
What is one thing on your summer intention list? Do you even have a summer intention list? If your answer is no then you should probably get on it. The universe needs you to set clear intentions in order to work on it for you. It’s okay to be crazy with your list. People look at my list and are like “there’s no way you can accomplish all this.” Well guess what, it’s been 2 months since making the list and I’ve already crossed out 7 out of the 18 items. The biggest one is probably the story I’m going to share below.
While swinging on a hammock in rural Bali, I decided to come up with a list of this I want to do this summer. One of the items I came up with is fly to an American city to see @macklemore perform. I had no idea what city but I was going to go there. 3 weeks after I got home I decided that I really needed to be at Tony Robbins UPW in Chicago. I couldn’t do both and since I had already paid for UPW I would give up Macklemore.
Flash forward a month to the day I decided to see when Macklemore would be in Seattle next. I could potentially make a quick weekend trip if it worked out. While looking for dates I noticed something crazy. Macklemore is performing in Chicago while I will be there. I was blown away. I waited a couple weeks to see if I would get over the initial excitement. On my drives to work I would think about it and how upset I would be with myself if I didn’t go. So while looking for tickets tonight I got discouraged by the resale ticket prices. I was just about to give up when I found a seat 5 rows from the stage that is less than half of the resale ones. So this girl is going to watch her favourite artist in an American city! 🤘🏻
The universe basically handed me this because I set the intention that it was something I want. So I’ll ask again, what’s your summer intentions?
“Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
Boston harbor is picturesque from all viewpoints. This sunshiny picture is slightly deceiving...behind the camera we were bundle up in coats, hats and scarves||.
“She loved the sea.
She liked the sharp salty smell of the air, and the vastness of the horizons bounded only by a vault of the azure sky above.
It made her feel small, but free as well.” -George R.R. Martin

“Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.
Explore. Dream. Discover.” -Mark Twain||.
“The little things? The little moments? They aren’t little.” -John Kabat-Zinn
He makes little moments like these feel like big moments. Still in awe over my surprise birthday trip planned by @cemiller13. I am so blessed and forever grateful💗||.
“Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it, and man can only mar it. What you can do is to keep it for your children, your children’s children, and for all who come after you, as one of the great sights which every American should see.” -Theodore Roosevelt
Of all the photos I took while exploring this incredible landmark, not a single one adequately captures the true beauty nor depth of emotion one feels while standing, looking out at this wonder of the world. It truly is a sight to see||.
