to create is to boggle the mind and alter the mood. once the urge has surged, it maintains its own momentum.
we may go along for the ride, but when we attempt to steer the course, the momentum dies.

The only thing getting me through the day is @lunabar! The Sea Salt Carmel is my new favorite! They are the perfect gluten-free & high protein bars to bring on your daily adventures. Do you have a favorite Luna Bar Flavor? #sponsored#lunabar#lunabarcrew
The new Salesforce Park on top of the new Salesforce Transit Center is 💯. A shorter, wider version of the Highline. Lots of sun, and it’s blocked off from the wind, so it actually feels like summer up there when it’s sunny out. I look forward to seeing how it evolves over time. The rope apparatus is the only “playground” equipment, and there were a lot of families with kids there both days I went (Friday and Saturday). They do have an art cart, book cart, and game cart that you can borrow from while hanging out there which is nice. My monkey just enjoyed all the plants, and greeting people as they walked by on the path that wraps around it. No soccer, frisbee or any other type of airborne object games allowed in order to protect pedestrians down below from falling objects. Also only service dogs are allowed, though it seems most people ignored that rule or weren’t aware of it. Anyway it’s such an amazing idea that I really hope to see more of in cities. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the downtown area.
Onion Rings your thing? How about Mexican sweet onions thinly sliced, piled high, and coated in buttermilk and cornmeal? Then tossed in freshly chopped garlic, parsley, sea salt, and served with ranch sauce??? 🍻#Irresistible#YesPlease
It’s foggy and I’m tired, so I’ve cancelled my plans to visit Berkeley and I’m having a coffee-and-writing-in-the-apartment day instead. ☕️ I’ve already got several blog posts planned, but I’d love your input too! ☺️ Is there anything you particularly want to know about San Francisco or about planning a trip here? 🇺🇸 #KatyGoesToSF#LittleMissKatyTravels#SFtravel#housesofSF
The Ancient Bristlecone Pines🌲Standing before me are 4,000-5,000 year old trees, some of which are still alive. Walking amongst these old beings made me feel so incredibly small, and new to the universe. So many things have come and gone before us, it makes me wonder when our time here will be up... Or will we prevail like the bristlecone pines and leave a lasting effect forever on our home?🤔🌎✨
Honestly, I sure hope not! 📸: ya gurl
