Autumn colours in their glory! In life you can face many tough decisions as to which way to go, and while you may not always make the right choice, at least you can say you followed your heart. Which path would you take?
After arriving in Borrowdale to poorer light conditions that I anticipated I almost had to pinch myself summiting Grange Fell to this view 😍 quite possibly one of the best and most unexpected views of the Lakes I’ve had
Do you like sunny weather for photography? Or prefer rain and overcast? This morning was so fine! But I don't ever get as good response to sunny weather photographs as I do to gloomy weather. I find this a very interesting paradox, as everyone prefers sunshine, right?
I wish you had a good morning and a good day!

NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT YOUR OWN MENTAL HEALTH. - Lance Cresswell
Yes I quoted myself because I honestly believe that to be true. Your own mental health (many branches of that tree) is the foundation on which all things are built on. This post is not to raise awareness of that (although it wouldn’t be a bad thing), but instead to remind us that sometimes the closest things/people to us are the ones that are the most poisonous to ourselves. It’s not always intentional. That friend who is going through a breakup who craves chocolate cake and ‘needs’ you to sit and eat it with her. The mate who calls you a dickhead for not coming down to the pub on a Friday because ‘all the lads are gonna be there’. Let me sum this up... don’t be afraid to out-grow people. Those rare occasions are the ones which break, shape, and rebuild our character making us stronger on the other side.
I love you all, happy Thursday. ❤️
Leading paths up in the highlands. Always while taking a picture, try to have a foreground that would drive the audience into the picture. In this case it’s that walking path. This has to be one of my favourite pics taken recently in Glencoe. Everything just fell in place (lights, colours, perspective, composition). Have you been to Scotland yet . If not then you are missing out 😍😍 Picture taken with new Fuji XT-3 and 10-24 f4 lens #fujifilmxseries#scenicbritain @nationaldestinations @naturephotoportal @thevisualvogue @shotsonearth @lastingvisuals @instagood @justgoshoot @2instagood @thepeoplescreatives @passionpassport #earth_unlocked#bestukpics#britains_talent#visitscotland#uk_shooters#historicscotland#fujifilm_uk#fujifilmglobal @earthfocus @nickheinimann.photography @ourvisualsociety #explore_britain
