Some AMAZING Feedback From Sally :D >
I learnt masses and enjoyed an excellent round table Q & A with Mark Homer which I was privileged to attend at Progressive Towers with a group of fab people on Thursday - this man knows so much!! Huge thanks to Mark for making time for this and for sharing so much of his enormous amount knowledge and experience.
I found it really inspiring not just to hear Mark’s detailed responses to all our property & business questions, but also because of the mindshifts that happen in my head because he looks at things from a different viewpoint.
He talks about solving problems which other people aren’t keen to tackle (e.g. projects that need planning), testing strategies that he’s seen others use successfully, sharing ways he has de-risked projects, explaining some of the best ways to earn good % return, become a geek in a niche market that you enjoy if you want to earn an income stream from it and keeping focused, to name a few aspects!! Mark’s answers also helped to iron out some distractions I’ve had in our own business lately, too.
Awesome, thanks Mark and great to see everyone there!!😀👍🎉🙏🏻 >

Miyajima Island, also known as the Island of Gods, is a historical, beautiful and romantic island. This is a location of a world heritage site, Itsukushima Shrine. Just offshore, the giant, orange Great Torii Gate is partly submerged at high tide.
Visiting this island, we can see many beautiful traditional buildings with various foods to enjoy. There are some local inhabitants that would welcome you with their hunger, the deers. Make sure to enjoy the scenery on high tide and low tide to see 2 different scenes of Torii gate.
It is very easy to go to this island from Hiroshima, just take the train to Miyajimaguchi station. You can see the Miyajima ferry that will take you to the island, 100 meters in front of the station, and it costs you ¥ 180 only. Make sure you sit on the 3rd floor of the ferry to see amazing views of the island.
