A piece of Irish history. This quartz is a little treasure that I had to keep from our 12 km hike in the Wicklow mountains a week ago today! After a very amazing upward hike to the top, we could see below what looked like rock rubble from previous structures and we were right! My gal @chelseameisner and I made our way back down and at about the 8-9 km. into our hike, we discovered the remnants of an old lead mining company of the late 1800's. That explains the piles of boulders and a mix of quartz, granite, and whatever the large gray boulders are. We tried to imagine how rugged life would of been during this time. So remote but they did have a road which is now called the Mining Rd. that still has a rock ledge along the remaining 3 km of our hike that was built back in the day. This hike was the highlight of our first time in Ireland because of the amazing change of terrain and the ruggedness of it all. Exhilarating indeed and a must to do again. This is a national park with many trail systems. We chose the "shorter" more scenic trail and it didn't disappoint! Mind you, we were very fortunate to get the view at the top because as we made our way down, the sky got dark and we had a very wet 30 minutes of scrambling across the rocky switchbacks down the waterfall gorge. Adrenalin is amazing and kept us in the "wow" moment of the fact we were hiking in Ireland!! 💚🍀💚🍀💚🍀💚🍀💚🍀
E M B R A C E new opportunities with both hands.
New things can often be scary. Why? Because it’s outside of our comfort zone, and we are entering into unchartered territory.
Students often say I don’t want to do it, what’s the point,I won’t be any good at it anyway. I say there is every point! By saying YES and taking on any new opportunity that presents itself, you are opening yourself up to
M O R E, more things that can help us on our quest to becoming the best version of ourselves. People regret the things they didn’t do!
Let’s make sure that our students are not afraid to move forward and to see
N E W as exciting, exhilarating and elevating!

That’s my girl! A jubilant Holly Locke couldn’t wipe the smile of her face as the consistent Patapus breaks a long drought to win the third race on the card. Congratulations to the winning connections!
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.
Moments before participating in Running of the Bulls in Pampalona, Spain in July. I was able to make it out with only scraps and bruises, diving out of the way from a charging bull. This was one of the most exhilarating experiences I have ever had and hope everyone made it out safe.
When was the last time you were truly happy? I had that question asked to me by my therapist and I have to be honest it’s been awhile. Of course I have days when I am happy and feel like I could take on the world, but those are just days. I am trying to think about a time when I was truly happy, and it’s really hard to think about. Life always seems to have a way of bringing us down, the everyday things become so boring. I am searching myself and digging deep to find that place of happiness. You know the raw, real, exhilarating feeling of happiness? How about you, when have you been truly happy? It’s something to think about. #happiness#isitreal#life#drama#dramafree#free#exhilarating#growingasaperson#therapy#depression
As the World Junior Championships Underwater Rugby is about to end with today and tomorrow left, I wonder... Ever heard about or seen Underwater Rugby? Find four videos to give you an introduction. The second video brings back one of my best memories as a movement specialist. I got the change to help the Columbian Team 2014 during the Open European U21 Underwater Rugby Championships in Mühlheim a.d. Ruhr, Germany. They were like human dolphins 🐬. Athletic but by far the smallest guys in the tournament. With outstanding endurance, agility, speed of movement, individual technic skills, adaptivity, mental strength and the best team spirit they were superior to their opponents and won the Championship. The best thing was however their humble 🙏attitude, willingness to listen and learn. A team with heart and kindness to everyone they met. 😃 Bigger muscles 💪 do not necessarily guarantee better performance. #3dfunction#underwaterrugby 🏊♂️ #columbia#sweden#national#team#aqua#underwater#blue#water#pool#championship#exhilarating#underwaterrugby#leonardosnelleman#athletedevelopment#performancespecialist @melb_uwr @oatly
I am still buzzing from two days in Las Vegas for the Latin Grammy events! From the Person of the Year Event honoring the band Mana @manaoficial to the BMI Los Producers Charity Show to the beautiful mayhem of the Red Carpet and the Latin Grammy Ceremony, these events are without a doubt some of the most vibrant and exhilarating I am fortunate to attend all year! Congratulations to my beloved friends and colleagues who performed, presented, were nominated and who won- including winner Mr. Rafa Sardina @rafasardina who “photo bombed” us on the red carpet (obviously by the expression on my face in the photo I did not notice until afterward)! I’ve never felt this honored to be photo bombed! We made up for it in the previous photo to be graced by the beauty of his lovely wife and my good friend Tami @taminlulu!
I even stole a minute to press my luck at the slot machines to no avail, but it was fun trying! Now on to a drive through Death Valley and home to my resilient Los Angeles. ❤️...
