You’re probably not a dancer.
You probably don’t want to be one.
But you probably have a spine.
If you don’t have one, you probably want one.
So if you’ve got one, give this a try and see if you can make it fluid, graceful and look easy.

How did it go for you!?
Happy Thursday! The week is almost over. •••
What are your intentions for the rest of the week? The rest of the holidays? The rest of the year? The new year ahead?
Take a moment for yourself. Ground yourself. Breathe. Set your intentions, let go of what no longer serves you, inhale... and exhale... Release. Let go. Put out good energy and the good will come back to you. •••
Let your light within shine bright into the universe. The light in me honors the light in you. Shine brightly💕
Sometimes I have to remind myself to just breath.
Sometimes the pressure that I put on myself mounts up and I feel like I’m sinking.
That everything around me is closing in and there is no where for me to go but under.
In those moments I have to remind myself to take a step back, stop and focus on my breath.
That only my breath matters, inhale and exhale.
Connecting to my breath is where I feel a sense of calm.
So this is a little reminder for you to stop and to breath.
Today's affirmation is about being fully engaged and conscious on what you do. Switch it up today with a new route to work or a new routine in the morning. We do the same thing everyday which can create a zombie!⠀
day 11: @getlovedup #ytt ; non sequitur edition. today began our practice teaching; and since I was coming in with existing experience, i got to go first. 😬 all went nicely and well rather well. thankfully, i reckoned it would. .
. for the non sequitur — which is just a word i like saying. to unwind, i was able to find a moment to practice something i saw via one of my favorite movement artistes @solar_yogi. her work was emphasizing some forearm to shin transitions, and i used her foundation to see if that movement worked on me. .
it did sort of, plus a few this n that moves to get outta there. point is, we should try new things. and what if we just expected those things to go well, as intensely as we might expect them to go badly. what if. .
. try something new today. cool. peace from the future. #gluthailand#yoga#exhale

We all need reminders sometimes. And there will come those moments when we will be rewarded with the opportunity to give back to those who’ve given us so much. If she, or he, or they, make you ‘better’ *tag* them in the comment section *below*. And please do know that if you are reading this right now, I am grateful for YOU☀️.

It is, but it isn't!
I love breath. It's become a fascination of mine as of late. We all do it without trying, yet we have the ability to change the way we breath due to situation, stress level, pain, and more.
We inhale and exhale more than 23,000 (approximately)! How amazing is that? So it makes sense that HOW we breath or WHERE we breath 'into' matter.
So breathing is simple, it's an inhale and exhale. But understanding and relearning HOW and WHERE......is harder than it looks.
Soon we will discuss how different factors affect our breathing
///Pain /// 💔💔💔
////How to #process and ravel your dear emotinalpain . ////
We #programmed to how to #numb or #hide our pain. Unfortunately we become #wonderful at hiding our pains. It’s a pretty #practical#response to #continue your #daily life w/o getting #messy .
But one day you realize you no longer continue your life while numbing yourself. You are far disconnected from your own body & your essence. It’s time to listen your wake up call .And overcome of your anxieties. #Fear of pain is much terrifying than feeling your pain. And it’s haunting your life.
U spent all your energy #disconnect w your #pain
U could be more productive if you would not #spend your precious time - energy on it. 🌑You have every right to #feel your own #pain
W/o shame guilt or feeling waek
You constantly run your own #pain all your life. ////////: 🌑Now Take a deep #breath & let your body feel it all. Nope you are not going to explode. 🌑Try to #describe it to yourself. What color or #shape is it ? Is it #heavy or #light ? #Investigate it . Take a deep breath #acknowledge it. Be Thankful for it’s wisdom. Ask what #massage it carries. Why does it stand there? Even it’s stupid to you please don’t skip this part. It’s just a #question . Let it go with your big #exhale . Tried to #repeat it for 5 minutes. Than check your body. Do you still #feel tense ? If you do #move or shake it till the tense #feeling is gone . Also you can get a help from your voice . Let it out of your body with help of your voice . How do you feel #now ? #selfhelp ////:://📸by me Thanks for Ian for being part of my school project
