بعد از بازار وکیل رفتیم باغ ارم..
من اصلا سرچ نکرده بودم ببینم باغ ارم چه شکلیه و با خودم تصور میکردم یه باغ بکر و طبیعیه و با انواع گلهای مختلف..
ماشینو یجا پارک کردیم و بلیط گرفتیم و رفتیم داخل..
زمین تقریبا خیس بود از بارون.. من که محیطو دیدم تعجب کردم گفتم اینکه پارکه🙄
باغ ارم خیلی بزرگ بود درختای خیلی خوشکلی داشت و کلا آروم و دلنشین بود ولی خب با اون چیزی ک من تصورشو کرده بودم فرق داشت، البته همه میگن باغ تو بهار خیلی زیباتره...
بهرحال خیلی خوشکل بود..
سری دیگه که خاستم برم باغ ارم باید یه مَت یوگا بردارم بعلاوه خوراکی و چندین ساعت با خیال راحت اونجا بشینیم و از فضا لذت ببریم و یوگا کار کنم😊

Okay, I'm totally being dramatic. Now that I got your attention, this is an intermediate/advanced high-volume workout routine that will get you a skin-splitting pump. I do not advise this for beginners since they likely cannot recover from so much volume and should focus on progressive overload.
A more advanced lifter, however, may require phases of higher volume or more metabolic stress. So here ya go! The green arrow represent a superset. Do a set of the 1st exercise and then immediately do the 2nd exercise before resting. That's 1 set.
AMRAP means as many reps as possible. This is beneficial to accumulate great training volumes and "burn out" a muscle. BUT this also will hinder your recovery and ability to increase volume long-term. That is why this workout would best be done in a single training block before a deload.
